    3. Anon, fry the tomato puree well until you see the puree separate from the oil

      Delete
    4. Pour your tomatoes into ur heated oil. Cover it to simmer. The color and aroma will tell you when it is cooked. If the tomatoes seems to thicken b4 you achieve ur desired result, add water and cover again to boil till it thickens again. Then continue with other ingredients.

    5. Anon18:40, before bleeding your tomatoes, make sure you squeeze out any water content inside it. Add plenty tatase, garlic, ginger, onions to it. Make sure you allow the tomato paste to boil and every water content dries up. When frying your stew follow @Shooter instruction. You can also add nutmeg, curry powder, thyme etc to your stew.

    2. Blessed Princess. Ingredient; greenpeas, carrot, cellery, spring onion, leak, green pepper n green chillies. Then offcourse
Chicken/beef and liver (optional but I dont joke with it).

Prep: spice ur meat/chicken n liver with every spice ure good with. Me I use maggi (knor), curry, thyme, fresh ginger n garlic, nutmeg d seed (i grate), onion, bayleaf, fresh pepper n then I add d seed from my green pepper. Boil water and soak ur rice in it. Chop ur vegitables n set aside. Blend ur green chillies roughly n set aside. Wash ur rice with salt till starch is off. Chop onion, garlic n ginger. Add butter/oil in ur pot, add d chopped onion n ginger/garlic n stir. Then add a bayleaf or 2 depending on d size n quantity of rice. Then add ur washed rice n keep stirring on low heat. Add a li2 curry, add ur blended chillies n keep stirring till rice is golden (nor burn am o). Then pour in ur sieved stock. Cover n allow rice to cook. Add water if need be. Btw, fry n slice d liver too. In another pan add li2 oil or margarine, add chopped onions n ur veg, fry slightly n add it to d cooked rice. Then add d sliced liver. Na so Tess dey prep hers. Enjoy. If I miss anything ill drop itπŸ‘‡

    3. @blessed
First step: wash your rice with salt and water. Parboil it for 3-5mins and wash it off. Parboil your rice again with the stock(water) from your chicken/meat until the rice is half done. Add your green peas before parboiling for the second time.
Step2: Make sure all the vegetables you will use is ready. ie slice your carrots, green beans, green pepper etc also get your sweet corn, liver and gizzard ready.
Put a dry pot on fire, pour your vegetable oil or butter allow to hit,fry your sliced liver and gizzard first then add your onions, followed by your sliced vegetables including your sweet corn. Continue to fry untill you've achieve the desire result
Step3: Add nutmeg, Curry, thyme, fried rice spice(Larsor) allow to shimmer together. If your parboiled rice is not much pour all into the fried vegetables and fry them together but if it is much divide your fried vegetables into three or four portion and fry one portion after another. That's all.

    4. Wash your rice(4cups) and soak in hot water for about 5min. While at that, dice your onions, blend your fresh tomatoes and pepper, 1 heap teaspoon of ; rosemary spice, thyme, curry, jollof rice spice, white pepper, 1 twin cube of know seasoning, salt to taste.
You could use oil used in frying your protein(meat or fish)
Pour your vegetable oil in the pot
Pour in your diced onion (half of a medium size)
Pour in your spices and allow to fry 2mins max
Add the tomatoes and pepper puree and fry
Taste for salt (the jollof rice spice is usually salted)
Add salt but the salt shouldn't be to the desired level yet(seasoning cube in view and meat stock)
Drain your well washed rice pour into the pot
      Add your meat stock
      Add two whole bay leaves
The water should be x 2.5 the level of the rice in the pot
Add the seasoning cube to desired taste, mix with a wooden spoon and close the pot.
Feel the softness of the rice grains by pressing a grain with your fingers. If it's still hard, add a little more water and allow to cook on moderate heat.
Add your butter 1 tablespoon just on top and cover
When the water dries up, your party jollof rice is ready.
Serve with fried diced dodo, protein of your chioce, coleslaw and water.
