Woman Drags Her Father To Court For Rejecting The Man She Wants To Marry..

When a woman loves a man,she can drag her Daddy to court..........

A 25 year old woman, Rose Bulus, yesterday, dragged her father, Josiah, to a Shari’a Court sitting in Magajin Gari, Kaduna State for refusing to allow her to marry the man she loves.
The complainant, who lives in Kaduna Central Area, told the court that she converted to Islam, to marry the man she loves, but her father refused.

“I want the court to compel my father to allow me to marry the man I love and if he refuses, the court should do the needful,” she prayed.
Josiah, the father of the complainant told the court that he was not aware of his daughter’s relationship with any man and was surprised to see a court summons.

Josiah said: “The supposed suitor has never visited me to ask for the hand of my daughter in marriage,” he said.

The judge, Malam Dahiru Lawal after listening to both parties said: “Even though marriage is a union between a man and a woman, parents’ consent is equally needed before the union takes place.”
He ordered the suitor and his people to appear in the court, before adjourning the matter until March 4 for further hearing.

  5. Stella you're overreacting with that you comment. some girls are terrible, it is very much possible that her parents weren't informed. imagine converting to a whole new religion without her parents knowledge. these people can do and undo ooo

    1. My niece converted and got married to one mallam 3 years ago. She was only 22, she made sure non of her relative was at their wedding. As I'm talking now, the man has married 2 more and she is not crying to any of us. When the wood insect gathers stick, it should carry it on its head in this Buhari time abeg. If I'm the dad I will just let her go peacefully.
