    Bv good morning pls someone gifted me a beautiful polo and i rarely get gifted with things, im always on the giving side so this gift means so much to me.

    My cousin soaked It and i noticed the black on the cloth has stained the main body, the polo is red colour, pls what can i use to remove the black stain on the polo, i can throw it away or stop wearing, it means a lot to me. Pls help me abeg

      Get jik, mix with warm water, soak the polo and wash after an hour or whenever you can... Mind you, this will only give it a whole new uniform color, not necessarily wash out the stain.. I am suggesting this because you dont wanna lose the top.

    For people asking about the hot bottle bag and castor oil.The castor oil could be the normal or the black one.

    A flannel, hot water bottle, cold pressed castor oil. Saturate d flannel with Castor oil but not dripping. Get hot but not boiling water in d hot water bottle. Get a comfty place to lie ur back for 45mins n place d saturated flannel on ur lower abdomen,and then place hot water bottle on d plastic n cover with a thick towel.

    Take the 45mins for relaxation, reading, meditation, sleep or watch the TV. For better view of how it's done you can check out YouTube for videos. It can be done three times or more a week.

    Only do this during your follicular phase
    i.e start when your period ends and stop before your ovulation.

    Please help me oooooo. Polaris bank has refused to close my account and send me balance. I was told to upgrade the account, I went to upgrade with my voters card but its still the same. They still blocked my account. So I told them to close the account and give me my money. Now I am stranded. What do I do.

      watched it on Netflix too and it was just there. i enjoyed falz's part. i laughed in some places but i expected a more twisted plot and power play between the women but it just ended like that..no suspense nothing, am happy i didnt bother going to the cinema too.

    Somebody pls help explain this: I watched a series on Netflix called You. The crazy stalker guy that works in a book store, at the very end of the series, his former girlfriend came into the store, this is someone I thought he had killed, the guy has mad hallucinations so I am not sure if the girlfriend truly is alive or he was having one of his hallucinations 🤔. Can someone suggest other really good series I can watch apart from Greenleaf and the narcos series, I have watched those.

      @bv catty, such dreams means backwardness but with prayer and fasting, you will overcome it. Also feed your mind with the right thoughts and remember God is bigger than any agent of darkness. Focus on God, just keep thinking Him for deliverance, thank Him for mercy, thank Him for protection. Just keep thanking God through whatever you are going through. It works like magic.

      Spiritual spouse can cause such dreams especially if you're also eating and having sex in the dream. Otherwise it may just be spiritual manipulation or consequences of ancestral idolatry. Forget MFM deliverance. All those rubbish they do don't work and their doctrines are not biblical. Demons don't die. Even Jesus didn't kill demons. He cast them away. In the book of Tobit in Catholic bible, Angel Raphael didn't kill the spiritual husband disturbing the woman. He bound the spirit hands and foot after the spirit was cast out of the woman. My point is that we don't have true men of God in this country, otherwise all they need to do is pray once,command the spirit to go and the problem will be taken care of, not telling people to shout and shake their bodies like lunatics. When I went for MFM deliverance, I was just annoyed. At some point, the prayer point was to use our spiritual guns and matchets to shoot down and massacre demons. What rubbish! Mtchew...

      So my advice to you is to relax. Say your normal prayers. Don't stress yourself. I've learnt that God can only show mercy if and when he decides to show mercy. Stressing yourself in the name of praying and fasting incessantly will do you no good. Once again, relax!

      If you insist on going to an MFM church, try to go to a regional headquarter if you can't make it to their prayer city. But, you have to go with your natural look. That is, no form of attachment/wool/rubber on your hair, no jewelry, no makeup. You can weave your hair like that ordinary did if you're not on low cut. It's advisable to weave your hair so that it won't scatter or get rough during the deliverance session.
      Then wear a non-revealing dress (long gown or tops and skirt) You may be told to stay in the church auditorium for days with dry fasting (no food, no water for a day or 3 days OR just no food but with water and fruits). It depends on what the pastor tells you. You will have to rededicate your life to Christ before the start of the deliverance prayers. God will answer your prayers.

    I saw a comment yesterday about saying thank you after one finish eating. let me tell you guys what happened when I started working in my office. I don't usually eat when I came new to the organisation, so one day I decided to eat so after eating i greeted my collegues Thank you, including my head, and they were all really surprised , like why am I greeting them, me myself became shocked, I was like na which kind people be this one. I told them that has been our way from kids, that once you finish eating no matter who is there you greet the person or people thank you. My people is not a small something ohhh they were really amazed, that they have never heard or seen such before. Na so I kukuma leave them, because I don't even know where or how to start explaining to them what I have been doing from when I was a kid. (although to them their reason is that they are not the one that gave me food so why am I greeting them), I just told them that is how it has been in my family.

      We were trained the same way too. We say thank you daddy,thank you mummy and they both say thank God. I still say it when I go to peoples houses and I eat. Not a big deal to me because its part of me already. Fighting or beating because someone did not say it is where I have a problem

      Respect yourself in your place of work and be professional for christ sake. So if you were trained to bend on your knees when greeting elders does that mean you will greet people older than you like that at work?

      If you don't do that, then why will you justify greeting everybody after a meal when it's not like they gave you the food.

      Some of you deserve to work only at local government offices, or in canteens. Mstheeeewww!!

      well trained lady cos she said thank you to strangers wey no be dem provide the food? ...na igbos work be that. we did not grow up like that so i will find it strange. why should my children thank me for feeding them? did they ask to be born? if i give them something they say thank you but after their meals they dont and i don't make them. i think igbos do it to massage their egos. you must work hard for your food and pay for it somehow....i only say thank you when i go to eat in someones house or if anyone offers me anything, its just the polite and civil thing to do
