Good Morning all.......
God is good!!!!

Hope you all slept well?Hmmmmm..............

Once again,I am convinced that God knows what to do to guide our angels to us......
Yesterday someone wanted me to mail married chick to ask her how she used 5k to start a business,I could have done that but i asked her to tell Married chick to post in the comment section for everyone to see and learn, instead of them communicating privately by email....I guess God wanted to use that opportunity to make BV Married chicks angel connect to her.....

Someone wants to Bless her with a HUGE amount to grow her business.
Please BV Married chick send me your acct deets.

I hope scammer BVs will not adopt this as a format oh...Oh yes,we do have scammer BVs......People that scam others for love or money who have been on this blog for so long that they are referred to as BVs....

Yesterday i saw one of my Bambino's reading up info about comedian Basket mouth..LOL...Today i plan on asking him what that was about.....

Have a nice day everyone and make sure the smile does not leave your face today for any reason whatsoever.....If your hustle sends you lime, make lemonade!!!

  2. Read so many comments on IHN yesterday asking bout how people get  Federal Government jobs. Let me put in my 2 cents

HOW PEOPLE GET FEDERAL GOVERNMENT JOBS

    1. ADVERTISEMENT: Believe it or not, most of these parastarals usually bring out adverts. Either Internally or publicly. Many have applied and gotten through this means, Don't feel like it doesn't work, it does many atimes. The idea is, put your ears to the ground, make sure your CV/cover letter is well written to expectation and most importantly, follow up. That of ministries is mass recruitment amd always well announced on the Civil Service website.

    2. MERIT: Some get their jobs based on merit where your profile is exceedingly good and finds its way to the right crowd then you are invited for interview without applying.

    3. RECOMMENDATION: There's this thing done in many organisations where a person who is retiring has the opportunity to recommend another so if you know anyone retiring, get close to him/her πŸ˜‚

    4. LUCK: yes, I said it, luck. I read bout someone that always had her CV on her; soft and hard copy and whenever she visited any organisation, she never failed to be friendly and chipped in how she was job hunting, one day, she was called upon for interview in a parastatal. One of the numerous Strangers she met remembered her. He had an opportunity and put in her CV... the rest is history. Many people will fling your CV, don't deter. One day, favour will locate you.

    5. CONNECTION: This is tricky cos I read bout so many people giving money. Truth is, the people  who collect these monies aren't certain. It's a game of chance where they also tip people to put your name. But what happens when the  boss decides to reshuffle the list? Experience has taught me that the main people who can help don't need your money. Matter of fact, they will even give you transport and small  thing to hold before you collect your appointment letter πŸ˜‚. All they need do is make a phone call or put their signature/stamp on your CV for recognition cos na slots dey rush them. It's when they have no one, they transfer these slots to "their boys" who in turn plan with others and sell it. Oga is too busy with contracts to need your 100k πŸ˜‚.

I'm not saying paying for jobs don't work oh, I just don't trust it and never needed to do it so I can't speak on it cos I don't know anyone.

Don't look down on anyone in your job hunt as you don't know who can help. I just said above that some bosses pass on their slots to much younger people. I know of someone who got into CBN through a cleaner. Yes, I said a cleaner!!!.. the cleaner was close to an oga. One day, she told the oga that since she no go school, oga should help her "brother". The rest is history. The "brother" is almost a director in CBN now.

*** the year before election is usually the best time for quick jobs cos of the uncertainty that comes with election. Individuals want to put their own incase they are chased out while the Govt use it to score political points πŸ˜‚. But after these election brouhaha, silent employments will begin so put your ears on the ground, get close to everyone, smile and always have your CV handy 😏.

All the best in your job search. May God butter your bread ☺ and yes, the job security and benefits of Fed Job is appetizing but that's if you are doing your job well. Parastatals don't joke. The higher the enjoyment, the more serious the job is πŸ˜‚

PS: I need a UN Job oh. Any connect pls, hit me up and you wont regret it 😊

    3. I think we can if we pay attention to what our mothers do and carefully watch how they do it. My mom has not been in best health status since i started birthing my babies, i do everything myself from day one.i even do omugwo for people who don't have people to assist them. Going by my looks you won't believe i can do it. His Grace was available for me.I am grateful to God in all.

    4. I do ask myself this same question...can I be able to do omugwo for my kid in the future?
I didn't bathe my baby the first 2 months of her birth. Our mothers are the real MVPs biko.
But I believe by the time we have 3-4 kids, we must have gotten the ropes on how to handle a new born.

    5. Same here. I didn't bath my baby myself for 2 months. I can't even carry another person's new baby.

  30. Chuba went back to school shortly after the visit. He still offered me a phone but I rejected. We spoke everyday, anytime I wanted. Mpa was not around often during the day so I always went to a pay phone. All I needed do was call, he'd call back after the the first one minute and we'll talk for a long time. I'd pay the phone operator a token for using the phone.
One day, Chuba told me to wait a few minutes after the call, he wanted me to read his text. I can't remember it in full but it read,
'There's a place befitting for queens, an altitude only eagles can attain. That's where you belong...bla bla bla bla bla...i love you.'

From that day, I received a text message after every call. He requested I send to him too, I didn't know how so I bought one of those little books where they wrote 200 SMS for loved ones. He knew the texts I sent to him were viral, but never cared anyway. Day and night. I had a book where I wrote down the messages I received via my parents' phone before I deleted. But the ones I received via the phone lady's, I don't delete. The lady knew what's up. We became friends when she found out who I always talked to. She even stopped charging me for receiving calls. Chuba was a cool guy, anybody who knew i was his girl liked me.

Our midnight calls reduced greatly because Mma complained about her battery, Mpa gave me his only on Saturdays. But we were okay with it. We spoke in the day so what the heck. He always had something he bought or wants to buy for me. It saddened him however, that I couldn't take any of it. He liked fine things and he wanted me in them. He once told me,
"I hope you gain admission soon so I could spoil you with good things."
But I didn't want those things, I just wanted him.

Chuba came from a proper middle class home, his parents were comfortable but he lived way beyond their means. He always had new gadgets, clothes, shoes, wristwatches and what have you. He looked and smelt like a million dollar anytime. One would wonder why he's smitten by a plain girl like me. When he came back for Christmas holiday, he bought things for me; wristwatch, iPod, sunglass, deodorants, everything brand new. He gave me money too. He even suggested we go shop for clothes and underwear. Hian! When I asked him where he got all the money to buy stuff, because I knew his parents would never give him that much, he said he had a business in school.
I told him to hold on to the gifts, I'll collect them in January when going back to school.
Yes, I gained admission that December!

To celebrate my admission/ Christmas, we arranged to go out on a whole day date outside our neighborhood. I started singing to anyone who cared to listen that I was going to visit my former classmates in town two days before our date.

  31. Beautiful morning. It is a lovely day. Let's enjoy it.

Congrats to all who deserves it. Congrats married chick. There will be too many congrats this month. God has just started.

Dreamt this morning about rape and people reaction into it. Seems people have come to accept it as a way of life. It is just painful.

I have prayed that God should destroy all forms of rape against innocent people. While I was complaining to a man that the person they are raping is in that building. The foolish man was telling me don't allow your daughter to go there. The lady by my side said they should rape after all rapists are collecting theirs. May God deliver us from such wickedness.

Or is it that people are really tired in this world. Not happy having that conversation with them.

Let's continue to ask God for protection. The world has failed us. No more security at all.

    It is well

  38. We met at our junction, he was carrying a rucksack. He took me to an eatery- Crunchies, where his best friend, Ndudi, joined us. He was a 3rd year student of the school I had just gained admission to study. He said my boyfriend would not let him rest, constantly bringing me up in every of their conversation. So out of curiosity, he came to see me. I bet he expected more. Lol. Chuba never took his hands or eyes off me. We ate, drank and left. Next, we went to a place that looked like a club where the boys played snooker. After that, my guy said he wanted to swim, he had his swimming trunk in the rucksack and for me too if I like. I said I'll pass. Ndudi came with a car so mobility was easy. Chuba and I kissed like hungry wolves at the back seat.

Before then, it was good ol' French kisses and pecks. This time we meant business. Ndudi threatened to throw us out. We smiled and continued. We kissed until our lips hurt. So preoccupied were we, we didn't know when we got to our destination. When I opened my eyes, we were at Terminus Hotel.

    Eheeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!!!
Dey don hear hotel, antenna don high. Una good morning jare. Make una no vex for the delay.

I sent my brother the link to this story and he's been gasping in surprise. I guess he now understands all the sneaking around those days. He knew Chuba but didn't know our 'parole'. And to think they were quite friendly at a time. Hahahahaha.

  51. My take on yesterday question about giveaway is this, if you are doing business with very little or no capital, business becomes frustrating. Like in my own case, due to very low capital,I end up going to bank so many times in a day, by the end of the day you find out that you are just rendering services to people because transportation has taken all your profit. Also I end up losing customers when I am not on ground. Please Stella, Beloved and all Bvs, I am pleading that the money be given to ME and I promise to be bringing feedback here as it comes
    Thanks. @Blessed Princess

  52. BV that requested for a tailor, my dear I have given up on Abuja tailors. I used to sew my dresses at 3rd Avenue Cornershop Gwarimpa. Those guys are masters of the craft, but they are also beasts without conscience. Their disappointment and lies is not of this world, straight from the pit. Now I sew my clothes at Keffi.
I suggest you ask Lucille. She knows what's up. Thanks.

Congrats married chick, this is just the beginning of many great things in your life. God bless the hand that gave, the channel Stella and you.

  65. While I was reading Married chick’s comment earlier this morning, something told me a thing like this would happen and I am so happy for her. The problem with many of us is that we do not like to start small. Start small and watch God bless the works of your hands if you are diligent at it.
I also read a comment from I believe a guy who is depressed and suicidal who lives with his married sister or so. Staying indoors has never helped anyone. Come out so fresh air can touch you at least. Volunteer at a job close to home at least you don’t have to pay for transportation. Then if it’s an Estate you live in swallow your pride and wash cars for people as a guy that you are. In my Estate to wash a car is 500 naira. If you wake up by 5am and you are able to wash 5 to 6 cars you know how much that is and if you impress some, they might give you more than that. Just stand up and do something. My 2 cents.

  68. I resumed my job at the company February 1st, 2017. I already knew my boss is female and was really hoping that things would go well between us. I got there but alas!it never went well. There were even times she would scream like a mad woman but I kept quiet. It got worse with as time goes on, I was leaving and working in perpetual fear of loosing my job. So second week of February 2019 i was called to resign as the Assistant Legal Officer of the company, was devastated and all.I started developing bad health signs at such tender age.I left the office on the on the 28th of February 2019. I've since then being locked up in my house at my mom's.I'm just an emotional person. I'll keep trusting God sha for something better. Dear Stella please post. Good morning Bvs.
