Entrepreneur Tania Omotoyo and her husband Sumbo (co owner of Lagos popular lounge and restaurant Buzzbar) had their first child, a baby girl on Saturday March 30th.....

      Awww! Don't worry my darling Bella, life doesn't always turn out the way we planned but sometimes it actually turns out better. The key is to trust God's plans for your life even if you don't understand it, just have faith and an attitude of gratitude.

      Honey, there are some ladies who are married and have their kids before they clock 30 but life happens and by 35 they are divorced and struggling to raise the kids. There are also ladies who had given up on finding " the one" and out of the blue they find love much later in life. If there's a delay, it's probably not the right time.

      It's really not how far but how well. We all have our different journeys in life. Don't let one person's starting point make you feel your time is running out. Obama left the white house at age of 55 years but Donald Trump became president a few months shy of his 71st birthday. Same office, remarkably different ages. Hang in there, my love, your surprise may just be a few months away.

      I know two couples. All agemates. By their 30th year:
      Couple 1's hubby was a doing so well in business. The wife had a good banking job. They had two kids, two properties in Lagos, a Range Rover and 2 other brand new cars.

      Couple 2: Had only one child they were struggling to feed. Couldnt have another one cos of fertility issues and no money for treatment. Were living in a rented apartment. Had to always borrow money from couple 1. The wife was not a graduate and the hubby's salary barely made it to the end of the month.

      Today, they are all 40. Couple 1 has NO property in lagos, moved to a rented house in abuja, had all the cars go with one story or another, has no driver and are barely getting by. Praying for God to change their cars.

      Couple 2's hubby now works in one of the biggest oil companies, the wife has international recognition through her business and eventually had a degree from a school in US, they own their home in VGC and are now in the position to lend couple 1 money whenever they ask.

      Because neither of them knows what can happen tommorow, the good part is they are all still friends. But shows you that there is no need envying anyone because you feel they have passed you. Wait for your time!!! You see me, I envy no one. Whatever I have, small or big I take pride in it. If you think you are better than me, your luck.

      P.S: Couple 1 'made it' quite and didnt see some things as a big deal. They made quite a lot of bad financial decisions, sha. Couple 2 didnt have it easy initially, so they jumped on oppprtunities that came later than their peers' and used them well.

    This is one of the only times I think Wizzy didn't try in this girl matter. He loved her and she loved him but he couldn't stay faithful to her, and she had to settle with someone else. So sad to see love go to waste but I hope she really is happy now. See Diddy suffering loss that could have been averted if he could have been there. Love still matters regardless of what the world wants us to think. If you have it, please protect it at all cost.
