    Sometimes, I look at some people and wonder if they are human at all.

    So,everyone who heard what happened have been coming to say words of consolation, but this woman whom I know very well has refused to say anything, simply bcos I didn't inform her personally; to say I was shocked is an understatement and up till now she hasn't said anything.

    Pray,tell me,how does one go about spreading news that breaks the heart.I couldn't bring myself to say the words and up till now,I'm still not able to say it,it was those who heard about it on the day we were all in tears that went about broadcasting and everyone who heard was trooping in but someone was comfortably waiting for me to tell her personally!

    The word of God says "if you see your brother in pain and shut up your bowels of compassion, how doeth the love of God in you?".

    The woman in question is a pastor's wife,hence her,should I say entitlement belief? that I should her have informed her personally as madam concerned.
    I dare say most Christians lack the character of Christ.Something bad has happened and you're waiting for me to call you,sit you down and begin to say what?
    Or perhaps to come to your house and inform you first,or send a text to you first before you will show concern?
    Surely,God is watching all of us.

    I wonder why most people in place of authority, be it pastors, bosses etc always feel they have to be informed personally about any situation before they show concern or they should always be the first to know?

    I want to say a very big thank you to you all, your words were soothing and comforting.
    It's inspiring to see what most of you have gone through and still standing, Waoh!
    It's amazing how much the human heart can take,God is indeed great.
    The number of comments I saw really brought tears to my eyes, it was indeed touching and I kept saying to myself " where did all these people come from?".
    Honestly, most of you are Angels in human form.It's so good to know that people understand what you're feeling and have been there too *wipe tears*.

    The Bible says 'rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn' and you've all done that.
    I pray in your time of need,Heavens will not shut its ears.

    One thing I have learnt from all these,is that all the things we spend our lives gathering and fighting for are all vanity......
    Naked we came and naked we go.

    Yesterday night,I saw a group of people shinning torch on a poster on the wall,asking each other if he is the one and i couldn't believe how my heart skipped, hmm, it is well.

      Take heart dear, I understand where you are at the moment. Two years ago when I lost Dad in the cold hands of death, a man that lives in the same building with my mom as I was told, was the one going round telling people my Dad is dead, but he didn't come to Mom for one day to console with her. Funny enough the people he informed will always say to Mom it was the man that inform them. Isn't that funny?

      Oh dear! Take heart. May God comfort your family. So many beautiful souls lost in this month of March. It's natural for one to show concern when you hear that someone gave birth or lost a dear one even if you were fighting. You have to rejoice or console the person in either case.
      The woman is not just a good person. Pastors and their wives came to visit me after hearing from other members that I lost my sister.

      If it's Someone you care about just call or text her and say where have you been or when am I seeing you. Those that are friends if the bereaved are often left very confused about the right step to take .I've known people not to call or text and keep asking me how the bereaved is doing. I say call her na but they just look confused not knowing what to say. It's hard to understand sometimes. I say to the one that lost somebody, your friend is in shock. She doesn't know what to say when she calls. She doesn't know if she'll say the wrong thing, so you just call her. Younger people especially fall into this category. Hugs and love to you.

    Reading the anonymous night post yesterday I shook my head in disbelief over some acts some persons were proud of doing. Imaging the one saying he is sleeping with both MIL and SIL and was so happy saying he is enjoying it.

    What about the one that said she mixed her baby's pool on the food she is preparing for her husband? Doesn't that sound so ridiculous?  This is so inhuman a thing to do despite whatever the man has done.

    What of the ones going after people's husbands and wives? Or is it the one sleeping with two blood sisters.

    Sometimes I would want to asked, these people are they the same persons that will put up interest on SnM to hook up with others?

    So yesterday evening my kids brought out our photo album to show their little cousin their baby pictures. The poor girl saw her late mum in one of the dedication photos and screamed 'my mummy'.
    She then came to me and asked where her Mummy is, I told her she had gone to be with God. My son affirmed what I said by saying 'yes, she is with God just like my daddy, I wish to go to him there, I want to see God too'
    I quickly said 'God forbid, you won't go there now in Jesus name, you will only go there when you grow old '
    They all chorused 'why?'
    I told them I would miss miss my boy if he goes to be with God now and that I want to see him grow and get married, buy me that big car he promised to buy for me, have kids, etc. At the mention of marriage he said ' God forbid' and started murmuring. Oh kids! I don't know I would have to do this again so soon. My last child recently stopped asking after her dad. I guess she now asks her older ones.

Be comforted. reminds me of when we lost our dad at a tender age. little sister was always saying she saw daddy sitting beside our bed at night, he is with us on the dinning and so on. Later she fell so sick that we had to go spiritual and beg my dad's spirit to pls leave us alone. Chei my mum really suffered, I was the only one who knew what death means, the rest? They tortured my mum with daddy talks everyday.

    hold on tight to your (reasonable) deal breakers like your life depends on them.
    Don't ever feel threatened to accept what you can't stand, in the name of not expecting too much.

    Don't be guilt tripped into staying in a toxic relationship either because you feel indebted, or for fear of starting over. Truth is there are other people like you out there who got the courage of wiping their slate clean and are willing start afresh.
    Until you make a bold move to leave you won't have the opportunity of meeting such people. The worst feeling is meeting an amazing "possibility" and still being entangled.

    Break up with sensibly and fairly.
    Don't push your partner to mess up just so you have an excuse to bounce.

    Evaluate your relationship (together) from time to time, count your losses, and learn to handle issues realistically.
