DeleteThe death sentence should be carried out Asap so that this get rich fast mentality (yahoo +)by our youth's will reduce by 98%
ReplyDeleteThey cannot carry out the death sentence immediately. He has a right to appeal his sentence at the court of appeal and thereafter the supreme court,if he so wishes. This appeals could take up to 6-10 years. It is only thereafter, they can carry out his sentence. Even if he doesn't appeal the sentence,it could take a while for his sentence to be executed due to internal bureaucracy. I do not see him escaping this sentence at all because of the quality of the evidence against him. Sooner or later,it is R.I.H to this killer.
