The volcano is operated by the farmer?.. like he tells it when to erupt? Hmm... ok o.
ReplyDeleteChoi @ Fact 1 is the baddest of them all. He probably would have been having a swell time jamming the network but the fine must have reset his brain. But how did the officials become aware of it sef?
ReplyDeleteLol @ last fact. Volcano is now a personal property.
Quicquid plantatur solo (Latin)... "whatever is affixed to the soil belongs to the soil" is a legal Latin principle related to fixtures which means that something that is or becomes affixed to the land becomes part of the land. therefore, title to the fixture is a part of the land and passes with title to the land. Therefore, whosoever owns dat piece of land will also own the things attached.
DeleteIf that volcano decides to erupt crude oil or gold, it belongs to the farmer, lol
You must be a lawyer or estate surveyor
DeleteLol... none of those mentioned.
