      Chaii, this life. My 1year old is so chubby that carrying her gives me back ache. I sometimes wish she were skinny o. The girl is almost 14kg at 1year. The advantage is she looks really well taken care of and doesn't get sick. Where ever we go people want to carry her.

      Hahaha.just feed them with good nutrition.milk;meat;fish.make sure they eat healthy.
      At their age sugar is good for them;gives them energy.a child who will be slim will be slim..pls mother's don't over stress yourself.

      I make pap with Guinea corn, millet, and yellow corn. I am very sure most of u know this combo. Then I buy perfume rice..that's the rice we use in Ghana and its soft and very sweet. I boil very little quantity with carrot or apple boil to get very soft..sometimes I boil it alone then add avocado to blend. I blend it very smooth and put in a flask. When I make pap I add my mixture to it add milk and sprinkle my protein mix on it..
      Protein mix consist of groundnut, small fish without the head and big crayfish(prawns) all blended to fine powder.
      Pls sometimes I add soybeans. I don't use soy everyday . I add Milo to the mixture for my 3yrs daughter. And my 7yrs take it every morning before school. Pls some kids have allergy when they eat groundnut. If your kid do pls skip gnut and add fish and prawns.

    True story. Please advice.
    A couple caught their live-in male apprentice molesting their 5 years old daughter. Apparently, this has been going on for long, but luck ran out on him.

    In the process of beating him, he hit his head on the wall or floor (not sure). Right now, half of his head is swollen - like the size of 3-4 golf balls joined together. Almost like he has an extra head on top of his head. I don't even know how to describe the head.

    Some people are blaming the couple, they said it might require surgery, some said it might lead to cancer, etc. The couple are running around to fix the head, but haven't informed the boy's parents. The boy should be around 17-19 years.

    Amidst this, I'm only thinking about the little girl. You may call me heartless, but I couldn't care less about his head. That's just how I feel. I HATE peadophiles.
    Oh poor baby!

    Are the parents to blame? What should they do? Thank you.

    Writing article every week for the past one year isn't an easy task I must say. Each week I always think extensively on what to write and God so willing it has further improved my writing skills and ability for those that knows how I started here.

    Please eeee, the way most of the Nigeria military behave ( especially armies) , is that the way other military in other countries behave too...

    Most (let me not generalize now) Nigerian armies are so wicked and callous in the way they treat people.

    They flogged a man mercilessly in his car last night just because he didn't halt for them to pass. Why would he even stop, since they were coming in an opposite direction. And even at that, how the hell was he suppose to know that they were the ones coming. I mean, it was already dark( past 10pm). Even the ones that are not on uniform will still intimidate you, and will be like...

      sit him down and tell him she will no longer tolerate his cheating and infections. tell him to start using a condom with her. if he disagrees then report to a member of his family he respects. dont fight nor be quarrelsome about it. let them or him know you cannot put your health at risk any more...let her start putting money aside for the rainy day if necessary. remember only God can change a man so its either she accepts things the way they are or she separates from him for a season.

    Hello Fellas. Good morning.

    My neighbour has gotten another houseboy. Their former house boy hanged himself and it's not even up to a month and they brought another one in. The painful thing is that police didn't even take the man and his wife to the station for questioning. My uncle was with them when the police came, he said the police just believed the man's explanation. The man told police that the guy killed himself because he was getting pressure from home. How will that make the guy to hang himself?

    Counting my blessings this morning, my big brother got engaged. It a big testimony for us because God give him a second chance.At a point he got fustrated with life, he became so addicted to alcohol. But we never give up on him cos God was just right on time for him.i just love my family can't trade them for anything.

      How can your hubby be initiating sex 5 weeks post partum? He should allow you heal well first. That's should be his utmost concern and not his libido.
      After your 6 weeks appointment, u can ask your doctor if u are OK to engage in sex. At least u need to be sure your wound is properly healed and your womb fully returned to its pre pregnancy state.
      Tell oga to pipe down biko, BTW, u are not running away.
      Use Gentamicin ointment on your cut in case it has not fully healed.

    Some weeks back, I had to make a delivery to a client's school.
    I was going to iron the red shirts, but my dependable and reliable tefal steam iron gave up on me.That was about 2am.chai I couldn't sleep.
    In the morning, trying to raise money to get another iron, I passed by the electrician opposite my house and explained to him, he told me to bring it, lo and behold, he fixed it under 30 minutes.
    I asked for the fault,he told me it was the thermostat, and then he charged me #900 naira.
    He could have lied, and said it was something else and taken like 2,000 but he didn't.
    I have found a reliable electrician oh,I am stoked. end of testimony.
