However, the force in a press statement signed by CSP Dolapo Badmus, PRO Zone 2 has debunked the reports, saying the suspects are still in police custody.
Falz reacting on his Instagram page condemned the justice system in Nigeria, describing it as corrupt.
He further called on everyone with a voice in Nigeria to lend their voice to the case and demand justice.
He said: “Our crooked and corrupt justice system makes everyone tremble that such a vile and despicable act of rape may go unpunished.
“However, Information reaching me is that the accused persons have been detained and The Department of Public Prosecutions will respond ASAP. We will not back down until justice is done.
“Everyone in a position of influence should do all they can to ensure this isn’t another case swept under the carpet because someone used “long leg” to jump above the law.
“Do not remain mute. This doesn’t have to happen to your sister or family member before you react!”

I am so proud of the Raped Lady's brother who quickly reacted and got those men arrested without first wasting time Judging his sister....I have watched the videos and seen him...that Man deserves an award for standing up for his sister #Respect to you where ever you are!!!

ReplyDeleteMy colleagues friend,a young girl of about 22 got raped by a Doctor she went to for treatment. He later invited her to his place and raped her. The guy later threatened her there is nothing she can do.
ReplyDeleteThis girl took the matter to the police and my colleague also helped her with the case.
Do you know at a point the owner of the hospital was calling this girl and her parents and begging her to withdraw the case so as not to tarnish the hospitals name.
Don't even know what happened after.
We have so many rapist in this county and they always feel they can get away with it.

It's obvious the lady and her bro have a good relationship. Many young women will not even be able to inform their family members if they were in such a situation.
