President Buhari Makes New Appointments....

President Muhammadu Buhari has nominated Major General Paul Tarfa (rtd) as the chairman of the governing board of the North East Development Commission (NEDC).






He also nominated Mohammed Alkali as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the commission.

According to a letter read at the Senate plenary by Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Wednesday, nine other persons were nominated as members of the commission.

    I don't understand this commission o! Who form am? What are they doing that the governors of individual states cannot do? If you want to compare with Nddc that is overseeing a region bringing massive wealth into the country, OYO is your case. What is NE contributing asides human capital part of which are liabilities if you consider BH, herdsmen and almajiris . I need enlightenment. Should there be swdc, sedc, ncdc, etc too?

      You are so fucking ignorant.. typical tribalism that jumps at commenting anything regrding north.. go and read and ask this commission had already been in existence. People like you are the reason our country can’t go forward with such trubalistic utterenace it’s such a shame..maybe I should bring up all the ills the south west and eastern Nigeria bring to us as a nation internally and abroad.. mind you we all have thesame passport when. We travel, we are all considered Nigerians. You have a serious problem! Grow up Nigeria is for everyone rubbish!

      If only we will stop hate against ourselves then Nigeria will be great again. Even when we know the truth about the wrong about some public figures and stake holders in our country some will still support them base on ethnic, it is wrong,very wrong. We should not be divided by some rogues that found themselves in leadership positions for their own gains.

    They keep recycling the same people. The rich keeps getting richer. Paul Tarfa used to be the Commandant of the Nigerian Defence Academy. After chopping all that NDA allocation, he has gotten lucky again.
