ReplyDeleteTotally untrue. She is a French graduate who ran a French school in PH. she went to Queens College Lagos. She is the daughter of veteran DJ and OAP Benson Idonije who was a close professional associate of Fela.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Lies Stellla, lies.
DeleteGraduate of French Language not French graduate, except if she is French...
DeleteFake news she was never felt dancer
DeleteWow
ReplyDeleteI heard she lectures French
ReplyDeleteWow. No wonder the grand dad also has a link with Fela. Your root matters.
ReplyDeletePeople and lies. When in her life was she his dancer? After graduating she went to London then got married. Came back to Nigeria and she lectures in French. Stop these lies oh. The family’s association with Fela was through her Dad, Benson Idonije. End of.
ReplyDeleteWhich is which now?
ReplyDeleteI like this woman and I love her personality.
ReplyDeleteKING XOXO MYSTERY
Hot momma
ReplyDeleteMe I sha love Burna with him momma join
ReplyDeleteBut they already said it's a lie.
ReplyDeleteHow on earth does Burna look like Fela!? Haba! And even if he were indeed his son (which is not so), can anyone mention any of Fela's known kids who didn't turn out okay? Both Femi and Seun have been nominated for the Grammys. Look at gorgeous auntie Yeni. It's always a joy to watch and hear her on 'Your View'. Very down to earth, very practical and brutally honest. My kinda woman all day, every day.
ReplyDeletePresidents and celebs always make a big deal of visiting 'The African Shrine' when they come to Nigeria. So what's even wrong with being legendary Fela's son biko nu? Which other Nigerian musician dead or alive has impacted the lives of the common man with their music as Fela did? Abegii! I'd rather be Fela's child than all these thieving politicians'.
Mama Burna, me love your swag. You are Naija's version of Kris J and we plenty wey dey gbadun you. Keep being your gorgeous self jare and more blessings to your son BurnaBoy in the years to come. Love you both.
Amebo, your head dey there jare π
DeleteThis is a lie.
ReplyDeleteI admire this woman. She is unapologetically confident about herself and her son. Why does there have to be a backstory? She’s educated, beautiful, intelligent, ‘knows’ who she is and supports her son.
Strong, confident women always suffer from rumours and people questioning their background.
21:03 @ your last paragraph. Who else gon suffer? Is it the hungry, bitter, cowardly gremlin no one knows ass kissing and picking nose in the corner that will suffer?
DeleteIf you matah, you go sufah!
