    1. I actually do not think this story is real. But if it is...

Probably the guy and the elder sister were secret admirers

  2. Think Dr. Emmanuel serious at your own peril. Dude is somewhat deranged. He would say just about anything to trend.
The post he puts out, some times I wonder how he got out of med school

    1. I suspect this story is false. No parent will give out their daughter to a man who dated and probably slept with the younger sister.
Is he bill Gates son. Not even cousin but elder sister.
      This doc is a liar.

    2. I have very close family friend in Kano. The man dated the older sister but later married the younger one. I was part of the wedding planning team. They are igbos and they have three children now.

    3. Secondly, those that know Kano very well, somewhere in sabon gari, a restaurant owner married two sisters, the older was not able to have children so he married the younger one. They all work in the restaurant that time.

  3. It is what it is!
I can't have anything to do with my sister's ex.... Except, if I was ignorant of them dating.

Marriage will continue to turn some family against each other .

  5. Stella I don't think the younger one informed the parent in the first place. She was only guessing and deciding. However, both the guy and the elder sister are sick in the head.

    2. I think you should arm yourself with knowledge by researching the rules (cultural and legal) on affinity and consanguinity. Then call a family meeting where you table your facts, quote the law and cite examples. I personally do not see why you or your sister should not marry those guys.

  12. Number 1: It's obvious she didn't inform d parents
Number: It might not be as a result of her parents
Number 3: Even she did inform her parents, they may want d elder sis to marry first. It's common in Yoruba land
Number 4: The guy n d elder sis are secret admirers

  16. Lol ,reminds me of when a guys was asking me out for years and I refused .All these while he has been saying God revealed to him that I am his wife o.
Later my friend that introduced me to the man called that she wants my younger sister's number that the man said that God has revealed to him that it is my younger sister that is his wife .
I just vex told my friend not to discuss that subject with me again and I won't give her my number.
She eventually got my sister's number (I and my younger sister were not in good terms then so I didn't even tell my sis )
My younger sister later called me to tell me the man contacted her but she didn't tell me if she is willing to see him .
Anyway I later learnt from one of my brothers that my sister actually went to see the guy but she also refused saying it is not from God .
