The church is the body of believers, the word 'body' comprises of both the people in it and a building(because they must gather in a place whether open or close).
The church is not in our heart but we are the church, without us there would be no church but in order for it to be called a church, there must be a gathering which includes a location.
In the book of Revelation where a letter was being delivered to the 7 churches. It included specific locations and they were identified with the name of the church written e.g Church of Ephesus etc.
Christ refers to the church as His bride and church refers to a group of people not an individual. The purpose of Christ choosing the church as His bride is not to sit at home but to come together in fellowship. The word 'Bride' is a collective term not individual. When a chair loses one of it's leg,you can't refer to the leg as a chair because it cannot perform the function of a chair. Just like anyone who is not in the gathering cannot alone prevail against the gates of hell.
I understand very well that church is not the building but we still cannot deny the fact that it involves a building whether open or close.

ReplyDeleteI have a very spotless shinny chocolate skin tone. I get complements a lot for my skin. Some people call me fair but my chocolate complexion is just shinny. All I use is baby pears and Eva soap. The issue now is about group hangouts, sleep overs, visits and you see them girls with the scented bath wash, lotions, gosh when they leave the bathroom it smells so nice and then I'm left with my Eva bar. I love it cos its been effortlessly serving me well but can they just produce liquid Eva in a fancy bottle instead of the bar. I once slept over at a friend's and she used my Eva soap to wash her panties. When I told her that's my bathing soap she said out loud "Eva".

The baby stopped yelling, n started whimpering till she calmed down , apparently d band was tight n maybe was causing d girl discomfort you can see the patch on d baby's head, I glared at d mom ehn, I don't even like that head band, some can be tight.

ReplyDeleteNope, from what I read on Google sometimes ago, Tom brown is a mixture of about 5different grains or more depending on your choice. Very nutritious and can be used for so many things. You could read it up for better understanding but it isn't Soya beans. However, Soya beans, millet, corn, etc are all grounded up together to make your Tom brown

Anyway that is not my concern.

Clothing,food and shelter. Anything outside this is just extra.
It's disgusting to see people who were living from hand to mouth, begging for garri, begging for rice suddenly winning a contract for example and the first thing they think of is going to 'pop champagne' at the club, buying Rolex, buying cars, Dubai vacation, designers... have you forgotten where you are coming from??????
