On Depression..
The thought of a depressed persons are..
1,I'm a failure, 2,its my fault,3,nothing good will ever happen to me,4,I'm worthless,5,life's not worth living,6,people would be better off without me,7,people hate me,etc..

Depression can affect anyone at almost any age and the reason why some grow depressed isn't always know.
Researchers suspect there are many causes of depression and it isn't always preventable.

It's estimated that 10to15%of the general population will experience clinical depression in their lifetime..And the world health organization estimate 5%of men and 9%of women experience depressive disorder in any given year..

1...major depressive disorder is when people use the term clinical depression, they generally referring to major depressive disorder MDD which is a mood disorder... The key features are.
Depressed mood,lack of interest in activities, change of weight and sleep,fatigue,feeling of worthlessness and guilt,thought of death and suicide..

ARE WE ENCOURAGING DEPRESSION AND SUICIDE?

Yesterday a BV contacted me on IG and showed me a mail her daughter sent her...She was apportioning blames and her letter was almost a replica of the other Undergraduate who committed suicide a few days back....
The BV daughter wrote in the note that her Father should be held responsible if anything happened to her...Fortunately her mum saw the note before she did anything....Would not posting about suicide and depression make it go away?Its almost as if it became viral and everyone is jumping on the train....

Madam I hope you have been able to have a one on one/heart to heart talk with your child..I really hope you have and make sure you stay woke!!!

PCOS BROUHAHA

Dear Stella,


I had PCOS and was able to conceive but I lost my son when he was six weeks. I have been trying to conceive again. Before I conceived, I took metformin for 7 months and stopped for two months. 

Then, did bitter leaf therapy and castor oil fertility massage. I don’t know if it was a coincidence because I conceived that month. But, I have been trying to conceive since September and I have done the above and even ovulated, had signs of ovulation, egg white discharge and high sex drive yet I didn’t conceive.


I have heard about Ever green supplement for conception and I read and saw that is good for women living with PCOS. Please, does anyone have a good supplement for PCOS. I don’t want the stress of follicle tracking and metformin is exhausting and put me on pressure as you anticipate conception after seeing mature follicle.





Na wah,this PCOS what causes it sef and why are some lucky and others not?I know someone who was treating for it and i think she reacted to the medications cos no one can understand why she fainted and went into a coma and never woke up again......

COVENANT....


Some years back, a story was told by a Priest in one of the service I attended about a young man that was rescued from a cult family. This man had gone there for wealth and protection, and one among the requirements of being a member is donation of blood that will be stored on a white visible bottle kept in the dark room of their chamber.


As long as they have that blood of his with them, his life is in their palms. They dictate, direct and influence him in all totality. Taking his life away isn't a difficult thing for them to do, for the blood represent the bond and covenant he established with them.


A time came, things became so rough and tough for him that a human sacrifice was required as a solution. On his refusal, his life was threatened and he fell gravely sick. Through the help of his mother, a Priest was called for prayers as the young man condition became worse and defiled all medical attention.


At one of the prayer section, it was revealed that the young man need to confess what is wrong with him. It was at that point everything was let out. Prayers alone couldn't rescued him, as the situation deteriorated so badly.


On more revelations, the priest with the assistance of armed security men and some youths, stormed the secret building of the occultist, after a fierce battle and resistance, got away with the blood of that young man having identified his name on the bottle. It wasn't an easy journey but they all came out safe and alive.


Covenant is a strong bond linking two or more being together, that unless it is broken, one cannot be free. One can be initiated into a covenant unknowingly, for some were covenanted at birth by their parents, another could be through dreams, food, clothes,friendship, rings and some through sexual intercourse with occultist and demonized being.


A covenant becomes more bonding and troubling when a blood is involved. Have you ask yourself who are the people you exchange blood with during intercourse? During s#xual marathon, spirits are being transfer among each person and the stronger one dominate the lesser one.


Some stagnation, delays and setback in life aren't ordinary, and until you get to the foundation and root cause of some problems in life, solution will never come.
