ReplyDeleteHmmm at the first fact. Stella please can u do a pregnancy post where older women can advice the younger ones what n what not to do during pregnancy? Like I didn’t know pineapple and paw paw aren’t good fruits until someone told me to stop eating them. I thought all fruits are good. And also some painkillers aren’t good for pregnant women. Sometimes, some people don’t just have trusted people to talk to.
ReplyDeleteNothing is wrong with pineapple in pregnancy. It's only bad when you eat a very large amount every single day, especially the core. But you'll probably not be able to eat enough to cause a miscarriage.
DeletePawpaw is only bad when you eat it unripe. It's safe when ripe.
