    3. Im the one that wrote a long time ago on being pregnant for a side piece i loved with all my heart but was engaged to someone else. Well i aborted the baby( saddest moment of my life) and moved ahead with my fiance. I am married now and praying i get pregnant. God forgive me for my sins. I realized that love is never enough. I loved my side piece with all of me but he just wasnt mine. He wanted me to keep the baby and go abroad which i dint want. Im glad i have someone like hubby in my life. He is not the best man in the world, but he is the best man for me.

God of course will forgive you.
But beware of the next temptation and that is running to and fro, from "pastors" to "witches" to have a baby. Chastisement is different from forgiveness and if you did damage you reproductive organs in the process of abortion, you live with it. Again, does your husband know that you aborted, because you also sinned against him by tampering with your body in such a way.

    2. Never say never...

I sent a chronicle years back, two actually.
One for me, one for a friend. The friend was abused by her bf. Her got good advice here and left the situationship.

I had a problem deciding between two great suitors. I made a wise decision. The rest they say, is history.

  4. I sent a chronicle few months ago about a guy I was dating that claimed to be an Engineer but was always broke and borrowing money from me.
As you said Stella I later found out this guy was jobless and was lieing about being a contractor(we live in different cities).
As I am not a bank, and I could no longer cope with his bad attitude and lies (getting nasty when I refused a loan).
I dumped him when I discovered all this after the chronicles and I started dating someone who had been on my case also for a while(ladies never throw away suitors). This one knows what it is to be a man,he's always busy though and owns his own business. We usually just see on sundays, but I will rather have a man that I can see is busy at work, spends on me than a jobless one that will be asking me for money.

    1. There should be a balance though. Stop setting for less. Women are emotionally and want their men around. Once in a while traveling is fine but seeing just once in a week??? That’s crazy. If he chooses business over you all the time, love will go sour. Wait for your own man. Learn to enjoy your own company first and learn to be alone without a man. but I’m glad you left that liar and jobless man. Good luck!

    2. How is seeing once a week crazy? Are they married? Even so? What if the man works offshore. So them suppose dey see everyday until see finish go enter. Mteeeeeeew.

    3. Tessbaby, I wonder.

  9. I have learnt a lot on this blog especially the chronicle. I wish this blog has started 8years ago,I wouldn't have forge ahead with some decisions I made then. I have introduced this segment to a lot of my friends, colleagues at the office even my mum. If you can't learn from chronicles posted on this blog, I doubt if you can learn again.

  10. I remember when you started it when you were actually numbering them lol. Who knew they would run into thousands. Personally, they’re the best thing about this blog. A very relevant and wonderful avenue to learn and debate different issues. Don’t ever stop!

  15. This is from the lady whose husband impregnated a prostitute and also brought other ladies home to sleep and he lost everything including the baby cos she had a stillborn. I want to say a big thank you to BVs for all the advice I got, as 99% of you said do not go back. O'well I listened and did not return back. He came to beg and my parents said No that it was too early for him to do what he did and that there is no apology or soap in the world that can remove the scar's of what he had done and that they still value me and so do not want a dead daughter and so he should go and not return . He would call me from time to time and even sent messages, I have told him to stop calling and blocked him, some of his family members also reached out but by my coldness they got the message. I thank God for my family cos in a few months it would be 2 years I took that decision and they have made absolutely sure I never regret it. My friends also have been wonderful. Of course initially I was ashamed when I returned home, I guess it's normal cos divorce no be beans, I hid inside the house, until I began going to Church and everywhere else so neighbours are now used to seeing me and they never asked any questions, bless God. I have gotten a job and I am socializing already. Bride price matter has been sorted and though I am yet to find love again cos i think i need to give it time. I see reasons everyday to thank God for taking that walk and listening to the advice of both BVs, family and good friends to never return to that marriage. Least I forget there were times I was tempted to listen to him and return, at one point I sent money to him when he was down, that was the humane side of me speaking but in all I thank God I never went back. I am happy and kicking. SDK rocks

  18. My Chronicle was about my US Old landlord,,Remember, who was visiting Nigeria and I assumed he had amorous intrest in me cause of the type of texts he sends.

Well he came and I went to pick him at the airport. But was shocked when he came out in a wheel chair looking very sick and frail. He is over 80, though but was hail and hearty when I left him last year.
I helped him through the airport. Someone came for him but in public transport. As I couldn't take him to where he was going due to distance, I payed airport cab to take him and his brother. He was very happy to see me at the airport. He could barely talk. And I became afraid for him.

He then called later to thank me and said he was proceeding to the East the next day. Then said as my vacation is always May/June. If I can shift it to July when he will likely be back to US, that if I want to still make Use of his place, he will arrange with someone to get me the keys to the house. Very thoughtful of him. That means I will have the whole house to myself throughout the duration of my stay. Just 3-4weeks. The son will collect the rent and keep for him I guess.
Well, he is still in the East and still sends those mind blowing messages to me. Teasing me on how decent and good I am and will miss not being around when am in the State this time.
Contrary to my assumption, I dont think the old man mean any sexual stuff. It just his old age playing game with him. Like I said through out my 6years of always putting up in his place on a reasonable fee, he has never been funny till few months ago after my last trip that he started sending me some funny texts that got me worried if he had amorous interest. Not so.
You know as you grow old you begin to act like a baby. He may see nothing amorous about his messages.like he said "seeing me face on dp and knowing am doing well gives him life and joy" hahahaaa
See old man ooo. Some kids here were insulting me saying I want to kill the man to inherit his wealth. I forgive you all.

I will still be in his place this summer for my holiday. Will drop his rent behind for him. Will probably cook and put in the freezer for him so he will have Nigerian dish when he returns. Now that he is not as strong as he used to be.I pray he returns alive and strong.
I appreciate those who gave good advice to go pick him but with a man. I went with my staff.

This is the feedback of my Oct. Chronicle

  21. I've never sent in one but there is this chronicle that has stuck in my mind. It's been really long though but it's about a woman who lives in Cairo abi dubai whose husband is in love with another lady. Apparently he met the lady before the wife but they couldn't get married due to some ish ( can't remember the ish)and now he was seeing the other lady while married and even use to come back to Nigeria to see the lady and one day she caught him having a video chat with the lady while naked. I would really know how she is doing and if the marriage is still subsisting. My heart went out to the lady because that's a really sad place to find yourself. But like i said that chronicle was a while ago, I'm just wondering if she's still here.

  25. Madam, I remember this your chronicle very well. I just want to say it's ur good heart that endeared you to that old man. You earned his respect.

I can vividly remember how you said, you used to keep his house clean and give him your food. What else can an old landlord ask for? Very unlike Niaja people who would have been charging you so much for rent to make up for their hussle. You said that man fee is reasonable.

It's good he appreciates you please, keep being nice to the old man and others and goodness will follow you. I know you are blessed already.
Forget those who did not understand and were insulting you.

  26. I sent a Chronicle sometime in 2014 about my boyfriend being Gay with chats evidence, cant remember the date now. I loved him so much that my mind was being in denial refusing to accept the glaring truth, He denied when confronted but later owned up saying it was a one time occurrence, he was young and naΓ―ve and he got offered a lot of cash and it wont and cant happen again. I kept snooping on his phones and emails and saw extra extra more gay chats and evidence from numerous men. Guess I stayed with him because I did love him,I was scared of being alone and he was one handsome muthafucka. Eventually broke up with him 2015, got my Visa and have been in America 4years now. with an Awesome American Fiance

    p.s
Dude is 100% bisexual as fuck, last I know he's living off some rich man in Lekki,Got a new car, apartment, material stuff, etc etc. he wouldn't admit he's fucking the man, says he's his boss...mtcheew( Boss my ass)
