    Nigerians won't do proper sound-checks,test equipments and do adequate rehearsals. They now start blaming devil.That's why many shows are disorganized and start late.
    Oyinbos know the essence of sound-check and if the show starts late or is disorganized they atleast take responsibility,some will even return ticket money for no show or poor performance but Africans must blame devil. So a witch made the speakers not work not your sound technician.
