Fuel Protests In France...

Dozens arrested as police and protesters clashed in Paris during third weekend of "yellow vest" demonstrations sparked by rising fuel prices.....

President Emmanuel Macron says his fuel policies are needed to combat global warming.
The French interior ministry said at least 75,000 people had turned out across France for the latest "gilets jaunes" (yellow vest) rallies - so called because the protesters donned the high-vis vest required to be carried in every vehicle by law.

Nearly 190 fires were put out and six buildings were set ablaze, the interior ministry said.

  6. Citizen action speaking! So so mouth Nigerians get and to type on social media. Nobody wants to come out.. lazy Nigerian youths indeed! And you just dey die dey go! “Suffering and smiling “ according to Fela.
In Europe there’s zero tolerance for government bull crap.. any little uncomfortable policy that indirectly or directly affects the public is met with stiff protests. This protest was caused by a marginal increase in FUEL TAX, not fuel itself oo. A 2.6 Cent increase for petrol tax and 6.5 cent increase for Disel..
