She gave this advice while sharing the story of a fitness trainer who just got rid of her implants.

“#longpost My #wcw today is the courageous @diaryofafitmommyofficial I’ve been following this lady for over 5 years on Instagram. Her growth and content on health, fitness, parenting and wellness has been remarkable. Safe to say I’ve been inspired by her honesty and willingness to share both positives and negatives in her journey. Last week she decided to have an ex plant (Breast implant removal). I’m so proud that she did so because it was affecting her health and ability to do things she loved.
I know a lot of young fitness ladies who eventually loose part of their bosom to excessive training and or breastfeeding. They look to cosmetic breast surgery to feel fuller again. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t toyed with the idea of getting a breast lift once or twice before .
My advice?: Plastic surgery is a very personal decision therefore, do a thorough research before you get a boob job especially if you’re getting implants fitted. Round perky boobs are admirable but if it messes with your health or you fit them wrongly via an unexperienced surgeon, then it’s a no brainier to take them out.”

*I hear they now transfer fat to Boobs now,Dunno how true this is..........Some of them have learnt the hard way...if you take out your implants you are left with a horrible scar and slipper boobs....It is better to walk around with ''Olypmpus' that has fallen.
Yes oh Stella, it's better to move around with a natural fallen boobies than an artificial fallen one.The rate at which women go under the knife these days is alarming.Them no dey fear ni?
ReplyDeleteOnly someone whose money is not complete will say fallen Olympus is better. It's a personal decision but let's not act like everyone has adverse reactions to implants.
Deletethat's why some people keep going back to keep dem in shape and some take it completely off
DeleteHmmmmmmm na wa wetin termites go eventually chop? Fallen Olympus or not, after a while body go tire
ReplyDeleteIt is a very strong personal decision going under the knife. I respect people that do but i can never ever do it.
ReplyDeleteMe too
DeleteLol....
ReplyDeleteOlypmpus has fallen.....
Women with wahala sha.
Hmmmm....me that like big boobs,I'm just scared of all this quack doctors πππ
ReplyDeleteMy dear, it's better to keep fallen Olympus o. What implants has done to some unlucky people is horrible. Bra will always lift Olympus na.
DeleteAppreciating ones body is bae please. I won't ever think about it even if I can afford any surgery. Olorun maje!

ππππStella got me this morning "Falling Olympus"
ReplyDeleteMy boobs are still gigiantic and not fallen too much even though am done bearing kids. I love my body but I can't rule out plastic surgery in the future.
ReplyDeleteSame here oh, thank GOD for blessing us with perky boobs ππππππ. As for going under the knife, I can't stand it even if I have money for it
DeleteYou can do fat transfer to boobs. Non invasive surgery meaning no incisions just the needle.
ReplyDeleteDo your research. That's what Tonto and toke did transferred fat from her arms, love handles and midriff to her butt and boobs.
Not bad if you have the money and go to Dr Rodriguez ππ
If you can't love your body, I wonder who will?
ReplyDeleteThat is why I am beyond shocked that women in Naija are going to meet Dr. Laser for surgeries they hardly research about. I doubt that doctor's experience and professionalism. I shudder at some of the pics he displays on instagram. Most disturbing is the fact that he doesnt seem to have an area of specialization. He seems to be a jack of all trade. From rhinoplasty to labiaplasty to vagina to tummy tucks to breast augmentation etc. Until he kills some popular woman now, others will learn.
ReplyDeleteI just pity does women. They are not even scared of reacting to aneasthetics, severe bleeding during surgery, going into cardiac arrest or all those complications that come with surgery.
DeleteAtleast those abroad if complications arise all you need do is call 911. How many hospitals here have even oxygen or life support machine if you stop breathing after the surgery.
Even abroad ppl die of complications with the best care. Why take such risk here just to have a big butt.
I can even understand lipo for obese ppl though I can't do it.
No surgery is beans. God forbid my enemy need surgery to save her life. It won't even be in this country.
Even if i have all the money, plastic surgery.. No no for me.
ReplyDeletePlease it is LOSE, TO LOSE something and not LOOSE. A lot of Nigerians make this mistake and it's sick even the graduates.
ReplyDeleteBWT is BY THE WAY and not between!
Cant try that.
ReplyDeleteI love my body the way it is.
The body i know that one day it will wrinkle or turn to ashes
See how Amara subtly presented two sides of the argument without being biased or judgemental. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteMy Neighbourhood that has given birth to 3kids still breastfeed her last baby at 1year + I told her woman ya breast go fall o She Said wetin I wan take am Do.....women Appreciate ya body..
