      Vice and virtue why were you all over BEP yesterday ranting like a deluded schizophrenic patient? Tomorrow you will write epistle on how you're depressed, sad and contemplating suicide. Why won't you be sad and suicidal when you don't have any iota of joy in you. That post was meant to relax,unwind and laugh after the hustling of the days activities. But you Mr V took it personal and you were all over the place attacking people like a yaba left escapee.
      Sdk don't allow people derail the purpose of BEP which is to laugh and relax. Any day you see a schizophrenic patient like Vice attacking peoples comments unnecessary pls don't approve his comments if not people might become sacred of saying their mind on BEP.
      P.S. I'm not one of the people attacked. I am just an anonymous that hate people been bullied or talked down to unwarranted.

    So, one fine, tall and very chubby guy was murdered around my sch and his vital organs missing. Another one happened at Umunze where 2 dead bodies (ladies) were dumped and their organs missing too. Haba! It's that time of the year again o. With the year coming to an end and election drawing so close, one have to be very vigilant and extremely careful. Me, I was coming back from school yesterday, and was about to pass one small short cut when I noticed about 4 boys trailing behind. if you see the way I did U-turn ehn? Not sure if they were following me, or just going about their business but, One can't be too careful abeg. Not even passing through that road again till I graduate.

    Exams starts next week o, make Una put me for prayers.

    Good morning boos, I was the lady that complained about black menses on first and last days of my period since I had a miscarriage, remember I went for a pelvic scan, and was told there is a collection of fluid and PID could not be ruled out, I went to do HVS and asked them to culture it, I was told to come collect the result this evening by 5pm, so yesterday I called hubby to explain my fears, my nipples are scored, and I am also having cramps, I was suggesting to him I might just be pregnant, since my menses has never stopped expect for pregnancy before, I was confused because I did ultrasound on Friday and there was no pregnancy, and my menses was suppose to start on Sunday, he persuaded me to run a pregnancy test and I did, guess what, I AM PREGNANT TTTTTT!
    So my question now is should I still go ahead and treatment the infection or hold on, pls I need your answers and prayers and the dos and don'ts of pregnancy, I don't wanna loose this, and I pray for all ttc woman, you will get pregnant and deliver like the Hebrew women in Jesus name, amen.

      Please don't self medicate. Early pregnancy may sometimes be seen on scan as fluid in the pouch of douglas (PID). Go with your HVS result and Pt to see your doctor. Please.

      Buy indocede(I don't know if I got the spelling right) get a small loaf of bread and pieces it. Open the drugs( u know it's in small capsule) and pour the powdered form on the bread crumbs. Put a little water and turn so that it would stick well on the bread and then find an opening on the ceiling and pour in the bread. Any rats that eats it will not just doe but dry up too

      The drug is sold in every pharmacy or drugstore near you.

    Yesterday, I went to work without my ring and I just immediately knew something was wrong even before I realised my ring wasn't with me.

    I'm suspecting my lil nephew is being bullied by his teacher, I don't have proof but he is scared of school these days, he would cry n rave n say she pushed my head, she talked to me, he's 3yrs, his mom thinks its childish banter but my mind is saying no, I plan to meet up the schools admin or I dunno if I should confront d teacher first, kai, Im a bad mood.

      Eka Joy please I’ll talk.

      There’s a difference between discipline and correction with love, and aggressive and scary behavior. There are ways to correct a 3 yr old child that won’t lead to such display of fear. It’s proper to calmly talk to the child and find out the reason for his fears. Then go to the teacher directly and calmly but firmly explain the child’s sensitivity to her behavior and hear her side of things. You can even get her a nice little gift like a fruit basket when you’re going so she knows you’re not coming for a fight.

      After that you can follow up with the child to see if there’s a change. For all you care it may be a bigger issue than the teacher herself. And preferably it may end up being a non issue. But the deal is you followed through.

      Go with him to school and ask the teacher how your nephew his doing in class. Ask if there is any one bullying him then whatever findings you get just take it from there and encourage your nephew, it might be nothing though.

    Someone please help me with a good cream for a chocolate skin. My skin reacts easily to creams. Can't remember the last time l finished a particular cream. I always drop them half way cos it will either bleach or darken me. I need a good cream that will only tone and maintain my colour. God bless us all

      Go for Nivea cocoa butter...I have been using it since December last year and I must say, it's quite good.

      You can buy this one that the advert pops up on the blog, it seems it's the new one, I plan to get once mine finishes.

      I also heard Baby and Me is a nice cream even though is quite cheap, #400. But seriously, I have gotten lots of good reviews an it.

      Moreover, u can still get frieds nyour age, they might be in your level.
      Left to me, I will advice you face study and graduate with good grades and not bothered about age. There's no age restrictions in the university. I remember in my class then we had girls and guys ranging from 16-35 Years. S ono big deal. What u should be worried about is whether u will graduate early enough to go for service and not worried about age.

    Pls after i gave birth I will feel like my womb wants to fall of my vagina.it like a ball and when I sit I feel it. When i stress myself I feel it.its been 9months now.still same esp when i am praying walking up ND down.pls docs;mothers who has exeprience this before .not bouyant enough to see a doc now.pls no insults.i laboured for three days but it was a normal delivery

      Were tying your tummy immediately after delivery? I remembered the nurse that pierced my baby's ears on seeing the wrapper I tied on my tummy told ee to remove it that it could cause vagina prolapse. That I should allow myself heal properly b4 any tying. I didn't tie or wear waist trainer again till after my 6 week appointment and the doctor checked me and told me that my womb has fully returned.

      But for wht ato do? I don't know. Maybe other BVs will have suggestions. But u can still try massaging your tummy with hot water.

      Madam you are suffering from post Partum uterine prolapse. Your pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold your uterus in place so it slid down your vaginal walls. You need to see a doctor to know the severity of the prolapse. You can start kegels immediately. I guess its from the traumatic labour or you had your kids in quick succession. Please try to see a doctor. Contact SDK for my email let me send you a small token for the medical consultation at least.

    I'm surprised some ladies are yet to know about the Chinese Birth Chart or Calendar. It helps you determine the sex of your baby depending on your age.

    Also, getting married as a virgin means NADA. It doesn't mean you'll have it better than those who married as non-virgins. It's all just the grace and mercy of GOD.
