*Hmm that number 11 cannot be correct oh..or is it not on this Blog a BV who is a Virgin got pregnant without gbenshing and had her baby and remained a virgin up until now?

My fave is number 5..........We must think carefully before offering solutions to a dead end situation.

    No. 5 and 8. I'm sure I've seen those in books by Chinua Achebe.
    Either the countries are mixed up or the proverbs are common to more than one country.

  3. Number 2 makes sense joor. A farmer who grow corn by the road side and the man that marries a beautiful woman.

    When you grow corn by the road side people will help you eat the corn and the owner may not even have access to the corn. Same thing with the man that marries beautiful woman... Men no dey take eye see fine woman ooooo, they will go after her the husband may loose her to another man.

    This proverb make sense.

  9. No 1. If a man disappoints you or breaks your heart, you should not go around calling all men scum. As you killed the bee that stung you that is how you should deal with the man that hurts you. Don't transfer your aggression on everybody because of what an individual did to you. You might end up hurting yourself really bad.
