    1. Abi o, once they did not have material things then they are depressed. Nigeria did not even have good network of roads and people are accumulating cars up and down. Then our mentality as you say, may God help us.

  5. Network ke! Even if it's one road, the road is not even good. Bad roads everywhere. Donkeys will fall sick if they have to be used on our Nigerian roads. I weep for Nigeria. I just believe that there are external and internal forces and influence that has made this country not develop. We are a market hub for developed countries, we cannot even think as a nation. Technological development zero, educational system failing, health care sector undependable. On the reverse side, other nations are making monies off Nigeria's failure. Do you think they will want the problems in Nigeria to end? If it does, business goes down for them. Our leaders have failed to see that technology is the key to development or growth. I fall sick thinking of this nation really. Management of resources zero. Why should there be a university of Agriculture in a place where commercial agriculture is not practised? Oil rich country ! How many institutions do they have that can train students in-depth about the addition of value of crude and it's by-products? Scientific research sustainable development? One WhatsApp message will just emanate from wherever and you see people start circulating. What happens to verifying through analysis and knowing if it's for real? The point I'm making is that there is no depth in planning or decision making. Superfluous and mediocrity is celebrated everyday and when you try to challenge them, as usual because they lack the mental capacity to think deeply you are tagged a hater. A soujourner must have an intended destination, if not he just goes with the direction of wind. Is Nigeria in a journey of nowhere? Where exactly are we headed? Are we taking steps in the right direction?
