PINKYS SIDE TALK

YOU WILL GET THERE WHEN YOU ARE MEANT TO GET THERE.

No matter what life throws at you and no matter how tough things get, stay loyal to your vision.

Good times come and go with the seasons and good people come into our lives for a reason then continue on their own unique journey.

Life will always be full of challenges, sad days and moments of frustration and uncertainty but one thing that has always kept me going is my vision, my purpose, my dream.

It's so easy to lose sight of that thing that lives within our souls especially when all hell is breaking lose around you but you've got to accept that life will never be perfect and often puts us in situations that forces us to grow.

You've got to stay true to your purpose and your vision because ultimately, above all else that is why we are here to reach that place where our vision comes into existence and we become all we were born to be.

I know you're tired and I know you still got a long way to go but your purpose and your potential are calling and its up to you to keep putting one foot in front of the other and moving towards your unique purpose and vision for yourself and your life!

Let your vision guide you, it is your internal compass and it leads right to the doorstep of your destiny......just believe in yourself and your vision.

Lastly

Don't be hard on yourself . It's okay to have a moment of uncertainty about life. It's a trans-formative period to find your purpose . When things go wrong , don't focus on what fell apart . But rather what's coming together. father all is said and done .. be patient with your transformation .

AYUBB HOUSE WARMING PARTY AND TESTIMONY

  AYUBB

This is Testimony from a man who was at his lowest.......God still answers prayers!

Engineer Ayubb came to this Blog as a beggar and when he had accommodation problem,he got a little dirty apartment somewhere and was sleeping on a mat with his wife and son when i posted his story and BVs helped him.......My Angel beautiful even gave him some small money to sort some things out....

He decided to stop begging and believe in God...he tried out the ''it is more blessed to give than to receive and picked up to people on this blog to be sending 5k each to every month....that was his break through and from then on,everything he touched turned to gold!!!

He ventured into importation of Roofing materials and from what i know from him,he will never be poor again or beg again....

If you are a beggar on this blog and have turned it into a profession, let this story motivate you to step out of your begging zone and claim your blessing!!!

God bless everyone who reached out to Engineer Ayubb when he was in need.
God bless the angels on this blog who reach out to everyone in need!

wrote this in a hurry, please forget any typo even though I am queen of typo...LOL

WEDDING BAND MISSING

I am so sad... I have cried my eyes out... My hubbys Lil cousin came to our home because he had an exam to write in a school close by.. He stayed for two nights and the day he left, my wedding band was nowhere to be found.. We called to ask him if he saw the ring, he said he saw them and was admiring them but didn;t take any... We dont want to accuse him so as not to cause family ish... I am so sad though, my husbands band and my engagement ring were not taken.. Just my band.. I am heartbroken

Na em thief am nah,you nor need babalawo to tell you this one..He may have sold it if it is Original but be sure that you wont see it again cos if it vanished when he left,he must be smart enough to know that it cannot reappear when he visits again...lol

TUESDAY CHRONICLE POSTER

Dear Stellz..

Thank you so much for yesterday. Staying with me is the second time she has ran away from home. So leaving again isn't really an issue..And like I mentioned earlier, I didn't understand the gravity of her situation before I encouraged her to visit home.. not everyone would accommodate a stranger in Lagos so I'm currently working on that and she's also making efforts from her own end. About her former Job, she had to call her boss in their presence and resign or spend the night with the army officials.

When she called to explain the next day her phones were released to her, her boss told her he doesn't want no part with family drama and she should do it since that's what her parents want as he's already working on her replacement.. she's that strong friend that's why her mail scared me and I had to send to Stella..  thanks to y'all for your contributions..
God bless

Na wah...I still insist she leaves her parents house,She is too old to be staying at home sef..haba!!!

  3. DIARY OF AN ABUJA HUSTLING BABE (PART 4)

By the time I raised my head from my bag, I felt the sweat like drops of water on a chilled Pepsi bottle. I quickly reached for my phone to call home. As I brought out my phone, I remembered I had less than N34 left which I had saved to call my mystery Facebook bobo on getting to Abuja.

I called my dad asking him if he had seen my credentials I left on the bed that morning. Instead of answering me straight away, he was asking me where I kept the petrol keg after refilling our 'I-pass-my-neighbour' generator the previous night till I exhausted the airtime. The man didn't know his daughter was heading to Abuja already. I guess he thought I was on my daily job search around town that everyone was accustomed to.

As these went on, the cool dude by my side was caught up with some music through his earpiece, my predicaments weren't his business one bit as he kept humming to the songs off key. His nails were long like a rake fangs. Fadalurd take my soul! What a world we live in!
Like he knew what was running through my mind, he gave a sharp turn, took off the earpiece and asked me, 'Why are you looking at me like that?'
'Nothing',I replied. There was no point telling this one my problems. He was a problem himself.
'So why are you sweating like this?', he probed showing concern.
'You know this isn't an AC bus, what do you expect?'
'So why isn't anyone else sweating?', he pressed further
'Do you know if I have malaria?', I replied hoping he would lose out.
That is Nigeria for you. We answer questions with questions till the last question isn't questionable.

The rest of the journey was silent till we got to Lokoja when the driver stopped for us to eat. The food sellers in Lokoja awed me as they could speak Hausa, Yourba and Igbo fluently just to convince you to eat at their stalls. That was the 8th wonder of the world to me. I took small Eba and vegetable soup. First, there was no much cash on me. Second, I hated the idea of stopping the driver to allow me answer nature's call while on transit. ‎The last time it happened close to Ore, it was so embarrassing. Besides, we were heading North, a hungry python might just be lurking somewhere waiting for his last supper. Not me.

The journey continued and we got to Abuja around 8:00 p.m. My mystery Facebook boyfriend was already waiting for me. I didn't know his real name as his Facebook ID was 'Dele Cool'. I already knew he will tell me everything I needed to know about him when we meet.

  5. Immediately he saw me he screamed,' Pooooonyooorrrr! You look just the way I thought!'. I was feeling cool like I just scored a winning penalty kick as the whole crowd turned to look at me being hugged by a tall cute Abuja big boy. He grabbed my bag and dragged me along like 'Junior's first day at school' as we approached a car. He opened the back door, threw in my bag, got to the driver's seat, open the front door for me and off we went.

Getting to where he lived, it was quite dark so I couldn't tell how the exterior looked but cars were begging for space in the big compound. He led me through the staircase, got to a door and opened it. I found myself in an amazing parlour that was furnished to taste somehow like the Julius' lobby.
'Please make yourself comfortable. Welcome to my humble abode', he said as he walked on to where I couldn't tell.

I turned 360 degrees and couldn't believe my eyes. 'Wetin dis guy dey do? Hope say he no dey do yahoo yahoo o', I asked myself hoping not to get into what we popularly call 'one chance'.
He came back rocking a boxer and a tee-shirt.
'Oya, come and shower my baby', he said with a voice that I can't place even as I write.
As he led the way, my eyes nearly popped out from behind as I watched and followed. The same way led to his dinning corner and the aroma I perceived got me swallowing my saliva in buckets. This is heaven!

While eating and talking over dinner of Fried rice and Seasoned Chicken, I asked that fundamental question 'What about your girlfriend?'
'I don't have any', he said with an innocent face.
This guy I later got to know as 'Ishi Egbe' spoilt me crazy when he slid in a Barry White's CD as we got to bed that night. Chai! Dis guy jasi joor!

The night was crazy itself. I don't know how long we slept after our exhaustion when I heard a hard knock on the door.
    A female voice followed.
'Egbe, open the door', the fellow said.
I quickly checked the time on my phone. It was 12:47 a.m
    (To be continued)
