    7. At anon 8:27. I think IUD is the best for now. I did mine last year at Marie stopes in Abuja. I don't know if other hospitals do it/do it well tho. The only thing is make sure you and your partner are both faithful to each other because it doesn't like infection. Then, go for checkups every 6 month or yearly.
My periods come every month and I have every style of sex I want.(raw kpanshing sweet sha)No unnecessary weight gain. To think I used to be so scared of family planning ehn. We seriously need sensitization on these things sha.
The ignorance pertaining family planning is too much.

  2. When you give too much attention and familiarity to people, there is this tendency that you stand to lose your place of value in their lives.

At first I thought I won't survive it, I still remember how I do call always seeking attention and care. At a point it seems I was the one doing the whole calling and checking up, to an extent I even begged and apologized with gifts even when I was right.

A time came, a man got to be a man. I made up my mind, I decided to move on. I swear it wasn't easy but for sanity sake I have to go. Those period I stay alone was one of the worse days of my life. The emotional trauma can't be described. It's hard to let go what you never really had but more difficult if it is all you have ever needed to be happy in life.

  8. Beware of manufacturing a God of your own: a God who is all mercy, but not just; a God who is all love, but not holy; a God who as a heaven for every body, but a hell for none; a God who can allow good and bad to be side by side in time, but will make no distinction between good and broad in eternity. Such a God is an idol of your own, as truly an idol as any snake or crocodile in an Egyptian temple. The hands of your own fancy and sentimentality have made him. He is not the God of the Bible, and beside the God of the Bible there is no God at all.

He summoned them, dialogue and granted them amnesty unlike OBJ that massacred a whole community in Bayelsa, precisely ODI.

I think Buhari is not handling this shittes issues professionally and fairly. If there leader had been release, this protest wouldn't be necessary and the death won't be recorded. A competent court has granted bail and a 50million compensation to the leader in captivity twice but a man who claimed to be above the court and constitution flouted that judgement. When his people protest for his release, he sent his army to killed them.

Which president and leader delight in seeing the people he govern being killed? Even Hitler wasn't this bad to his own people. How long will the security and Nigeria military keep killing defenceless civilians? So shame to our democracy. Mr President will surely pay for every genocidal act perpetrated under his watch.

I'm sorry but i do not think the military's response was the best. please how does SHOOTING-TO-KILL equate stone-throwing? If the Israeli army were to behave like our own military every time the Palestinians threw stones at them, we would have had a world war 3 on our hands by now...Our military (just as the police force) need proper reorientation on crisis management. They did so wrong yesterday.

The problem with synthetic hair dyes is that over time they weaken the hair shaft thereby aggravating issues.

Henna will give your hair a lovely reddish sheen.
Use Indigo,if black is your destination.

This particular Indigo is in powder form and green and you can get it at any Ayurveda shop or any shop that sells good quality organic items. It's important that you make the distinction as I am aware that there is also a type of indigo used to dye clothes.

I'm told potato skins and onion juice are also efficacious.

  45. ...we really must be very careful in our sense of justification and in our urge for moral equivalence while anchoring down our oppositional and double-banal points.
Some of our political arguments are becoming less and less sensible and are turning up more, or less peppered with silly tidbits and enough pointlessness to make my day on the school playground in kindergarten very many years ago severely depressing! Remember those days of: "My Uncle is bigger and badder than Bruce Lee exuberance?!"

Blessed day ahead to u all

  48. Good morning all,i missed my flight yesterday from Lagos to London because my flight from akure was delayed. It's my first time of using flight. I Thought I could meet up same day from akure to Lagos before checking in time. Thank God for my husband and my mother in-law and my mom who was supportive. Everyone did their best to make sure I rebooked again for Thursday. I'm in Lagos waiting till Thursday. I dont know anywhere ooo. I'm grateful for the kind of husband God bless me with. His family is everything a woman should pray to be married into their love is overwhelming. My mom at the other hand is a single mom whose raised me single handedly. I pray that I should be the best wife to my hubby and a good daughter in-law to my in-laws because I don't want this love the show me to turn sour. God bless us all.

  51. Mr Aden was travelling in his car on a business trip from Lagos to Ibadan, he got to Berger and decided to call his wife to remind her the technician was coming to the house to take the generator for servicing, his phone was not in the car, he had left it at home.
'but I told this woman to bring my phone and my purse from the bedroom when I was leaving' he fumed.
His wife had only brought his purse, his phone was charging in the sitting room, she had used it the previous night and plugged it in the sitting room instead of bedroom and forgot to remove it and hand it over.
Furious Mr Aden had to go make a very long turn to go back home to get his phone. He needed some materials in it to work with in Ibadan. After some minutes, he was on his way back home to go get his phone.
By the time he started his journey again, a serious traffic gridlock had built up on Lagos Ibadan express way, all of Berger and it's surrounding was blocked. He was very angry at his wife, he swore to make her pay. He asked God why he allowed it to happen? His clients would be disappointed, they would not want to do business with him anymore. He would lose the deal.
In his anger, he did not notice people wailing on the road, someone tapped his car and told him to turn back and take an alternative route, there was a serious accident, a petrol tanker spilled its contents and started a fire, many vehicles and passengers were burnt beyond recognition. Mr Aden's mood quickly changed from anger to shock. He quickly put on his car radio and listened to the news. He learnt from the news that the accident happened at about 1 hour ago. At that time, he would have been at the spot of the accident if he hadn't turned back home to get his phone. He thanked God for allowing what happened to happen. God used it to spare his life.

In life, everything happens for a reason, we might not realise it but God understands why. We may feel pain, anger, sadness, hatred but behind that unfortunate incidence, behind that loss, is a reason to be thankful.
Let us thank God today for everything.
