Nigerian Police And PDP Protesters Clash In Abuja -Photos

The Nigeria police today teargassed, and shot at the PDP members who were on a peaceful protest at the INEC office Abuja and the Nigeria police have laid a threat on them, asking them all to go home or find themselves in jail.

I wonder where all this local crowd came from.....
So they had to wait for certificate of return to be given out to the other candidate before staging a protest? After they abandoned the dancing Senator?Shaking my head!!!

  1. Stella I don't think they abandoned him and even if they do, is the police act justifiable? Under this administration there hasn't been a successful peaceful protest yet it is enshrined in the constitution. I remember the build up to 2015 elections, Buhari, Tinubu, Lai Mohammed, Tunde Bakare and host of many others protested in Abuja and none was teargassed or shot at. Do you now see and understand the big gap between a democrat and a tyrant? It is so unfortunate that the police are towing this path of partisanship in collaboration with electoral umpire. In Nigeria democracy died.

    2. Lying how? The people I mentioned above were they teargass when they protested 2015? Were they intimidated with the police? I still have that video, I think one of them is the fuel subsidy protest which Buhari led. Will any group successfully do that now? But they were given liberty to do that in the spirit of fair play. Remember the Senate President was among the protester that was teargassed. We shouldn't support evil when we see one. The police are known for that, I have watched Pro Buhari groups rallies with police and military escort but if the opposition stage one, they will be disperse with gun shots and teargass. What system of democracy is that?

    4. In Nov 19, 2014 Buhari, Oyegun and other APC stalwarts protested at INEC office citing that Good luck wants to rig the election and working with INEC. I ask again, where they teargass? Where they intimidated with gun shot? What you dished out to your predecessor, you don't want to receive. The same subsidy you accused, you came and did worse. Buhari is truly the problems Nigeria are having. He is not just a tyrant, but also incompetent, sectional, and a bigot. The biggest mistake Nigerians ever made.

    1. Yes ooh! The thing reach me provoke ooh. The same people that accused PDP of abusing the law and office has come onboard and are even doing worse than what they accused others of. If PDP treated them this way, would they have succeeded where they are now?
