  2. Interrogation process is allowed but they shouldn't keep him much but charge him to court. I watched a video of him saying they should charge him to court, that he is tired of writing statement. I think the court will do justice to this case. If he is proven guilty then the punishment awaits him.

Then this question is for ASA. A.K.A political anonymous. I asked before but it wasn't enabled, maybe I asked on a wrong post. Let me ask again. Obanikoro was guilty of 785million naira before he went into plea bargain. He made an initial deposit of 100million remaining 685millon naira. Till date we didn't know if he paid all of it before getting a soft landing. But remember it was after he paid the initial 100million he was let to go with agreement to pay in instalments.

Olisa Metuh was 400million and also requested for the same plea bargain but was denied. Even when he said he wants to return back the whole 400million in exchange for his freedom. Today his case is still on going. Did they collect the 400million from him as requested by him? Why are they still dragging a man to court who wants to return what he loot but granted another looter that stole more than him freedom through plea bargain.

In your rejoinder to me, you said Metuh didn't seek plea bargain, I think you got it wrong this time. He did as the Nation newspaper reported.

    - Olisa Metuh, Adeshola Amosu and Mohammed Dikko Umar are eager to return their “loot”

    - The EFCC has formally received letters of plea bargain from them.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) reportedly got requests from three people on trial for alleged corruption to return their “loot” in exchange for freedom.

The three people are Olisa Metuh, the former national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), ex-chiefs of air staff Air Marshals Adeshola Amosu and Mohammed Dikko Umar.

An EFCC source said they want to return the loot to avoid going to jail, The Nation reports.

The source said: “We have formally received letters of plea bargain from three accused persons, Metuh, Umar and Amosu and we are studying their terms.

“We may enter into a plea bargain with the accused persons if it will serve the public interest. The interest is getting back the stolen funds. If they can fulfill this condition (public interest), we may accept their offers.”

  4. What's the difference between "keeping and interrogating?" Can't the interrogation be divided for days?

  7. Whatever.
If he's guilty of the crime, he should do the time. But he shouldn't go down alone.
