from dailypost
Hmmmmm.....the coming weeks and months gonna be tense.
ReplyDeleteMAJOR SCANDAL APC is finished
DeleteAccording to an accompanying report, the video was one of nine videos “clearly” showing the governor, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), collecting bribes from contractors in the state.
Daily Nigerian, quoting unnamed sources, also accused Ganduje of receiving 15 to 25 percent of funds earmarked for every project in the state as kickbacks.
The online paper reported that the governor has in this way received more than $5 million dollars in bribe.
Explaining how it came about the video, the paper said, “The sting operation to capture the governor on camera began two years ago when one of the contractors agreed with DAILY NIGERIAN request to plant spy camera on his kaftan lapel while offering the bribe.
“During about 10 months efforts to capture the bribe giving/taking scenes, the governor’s face and body were clearly captured in nine clips, while six others did not clearly reveal the governor’s face. About $5m dollars were delivered to the governor during the sting operation.
“One of the contractors who preferred not to be named said the reason he collaborated with DAILY NIGERIAN was to expose corruption and bring sanity to the countr
Stella the video is out . hahah APC is a fraud
Hmmmmm No A....
Deletechi no Ti...bu no F....ola 😛😛😛😛😛😛😛
I will b rooting for APC if only this people are there so the corruption fight doesn't look one sided
If Pa Bubu can shield Tinubu then he is the biggest thief ever.
DeleteThe only problem is that all the above governors were former opposition governors. How about the former Apc governors?
ReplyDeleteThose in his government; Amaechi, Oshomole, Fashola etc.
They don't have EFCC cases. If you have any evidence on them you can petition EFCC
DeleteYou lied 19:09. Currently Oshiomhole has a corruption case on his neck in which the court has ordered for his arrest. Don't exonerate them please. So also is Akpabio. What about Barbachi Lawal, Maina that was reinstated after stealing huge amount of pension money.
DeleteComrade Oshiomole does not have an EFCC case. Bishop Osadolor Ochei seeking an order of mandamus in court for EFCC to go after Oshiomole does not equate to an EFCC case. So, I repeat Oshiomole, Fashola and Amaechi has no EFCC cases.
DeleteYes he does not have an EFCC because the commission are fighting selective battle. If Adams Oshiomhole happens to be an opposition politicians, do you think he wouldn't be cooling his head inside EFCC dungeon by now? Why didn't you tell Nigerians the weighty case with evidence levelled against a man you are defending? I am ashamed you towed this path to defend corruption. For the avoidance of doubt, let me state the case hanging on his neck according to how dailylives newspaper put it. Kindly read.
DeleteDr Idahosa, in praying the court to grant the request of his client, referred the court to 86 exhibits filed in support of the application and added that there are documents and electronic pictures of palatial houses of the former governor, whose earnings all his life cannot acquire and that, there are evidence on how Oshiomhole allegedly diverted money for Edo state project to personal projects.
The Counsel added that there are vouchers of exorbitant airfares that the former governor incurred, stressing that the amount of the airfares are enough to buy air carrier for Edo state people.
He said there are receipts of how the ex-governor used huge amount of money of the state to repair his private vehicles and urged the court to grant the relief of his client, saying that EFCC has arrested and prosecuted lesser crimes and there is no reason why the anti-graft agency should ignore the petition.
Justice Chikere adjourned till 23rd October 2018 for arguments from all the parties in the matter.
Bishop Ochei, in the motion, wants the court to declare that the anti-graft agency has the statutory duty to investigate and prosecute the former governor, upon his allegations against him in line with the Act, establishing the commission.
The allegations bother on the diversion of Edo state fund by the former governor, now the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to his personal use.
TeeJay what is Barbachi Lawal?
DeleteMao but you know who he means and the correct spelling. Y'all should stop taunting this guy.
DeleteThanks Castle. I think it was just a one letter error in the spelling, put at the wrong place. Babachir David Lawal.
DeleteDoes anti-corruption mean to hunt down the opposition?
ReplyDeleteInnocent Umezulike is dead ooh. Buhari has named another dead person again on his watch list just as he did on board and paraststas appointment. The Enugu Judge who has been buried still made it to this list. I gave up on Buhari. A man who died even before the order was initiated.
ReplyDeleteHahahahhaa.. buhari is a confused moron
DeleteStella pls post ooooh ;

Why are you so disrespectful to your President. Don't you know that Buhari is in love with the 'afterlife'......please respect what others love.
DeleteBubu, I would like to plead with you to also contact one of my ancestors, kindly enquire from him if I should include his name in my Thesis, to acknowledge him for dashing my great great grand father 5 hectares of land in 1936.
Stella this anonymous comment deserve to be in the comment stress relief segment. I don laugh go knack head for wall. Let me even send a message across to my late grand father to keep his credentials ready, for likely Buhari may consider him for an appointment.
Delete😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂, you peepu wee not kee someone with lafta on this blog. You like to play too much jare 😂😂😂🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽🏃🏽
DeleteThis man died in June 2018. Did you ever think the list was compiled before now and just released?
DeleteOga sometimes think think and think.
Afi parastatas!!! Lmooooo
Delete18;43 So what happened to review? You sound so daft in reasoning. Why do we have SGF, AGF in the country? including his personal media aide? Can't they update him periodically of what is going on? All those who released that names need to be fired for their lacking behind in current state of happenings. Was the chief judge death too small to be notice? Wasn't the same Buhari that addressed present day Germany as West Germany. The six dead people he appointed last year in board of various agencies that have been dead long ago before him becoming a president, what will you say about it? Next time reason properly before you talk in a public space.
Delete🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
DeleteBubu suppose teach him cows sign language aswear.
DeleteIf you look well another dead persons name may appear again what a lifeless govt
DeleteHmmm
ReplyDeleteStella. I know for sure Chimaroke Nnamani is a thief. He milked Enugu dry during his tenure as a governor. He stole thru Equity bank and intercontinental bank to fund his various companies..like Marlum construction , Rainbownet etc. Orji Uzor Kalu is another big thief..seeing these two names on the list makes me believe they all deserve to be banned from travelling and even jailed..
ReplyDeleteInteresting
ReplyDeleteWho says Buhari should not be banned from traveling outside 🇳🇬 too, he too is a corrupt president.
ReplyDeleteSure, he is corrupt too but he has immunity. We'll wait for him after May, 2019.
DeleteBuharia is not serious. The former chief justice of enugu Umezulike that is dead and has been buried since is on the list. Na wa
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteMuhammadu Buhari bans a dead man Innocent Umezulike, former Chief Judge of Enugwu state from transiting to glory!
Angels are still waiting for Buhari approval to give him clearance before passing on. Late Umezulike is among the 50 elite Nigerians included in the no travel list over corruption allegation. He is still suspended midheaven awaiting green light from Buhari.
_Consequence of having a president without senior secondary school education_*
If you read very well the article up there it means his case was never closed. The list are from those in court and those shouting it's only opposition is Orji Kalu not a member of APC.
DeleteAPC since when? Yet your Buhari found him worthy to dine with him. He was even given chieftaincy title in Buhari backyard. Oh yes Mr President is fighting corruption.
DeleteLol😀😁😀
ReplyDeleteWhere is Ameechi's name?
ReplyDeleteHian. Are you not Nigerian? Amaechi ke, kukuma find Tinubu name in the list.
DeletePolitics is dirty game.
Buhari accually ban a dead man. Justic Innocent Emezulike from travelling to the spirit world..He was buried last month.
ReplyDeleteI guess such a high profile judge death was too small for them to notice. It goes to show how incompetent they are with information.
DeleteIdiotic dictator
ReplyDeleteWhere is Emmanuel uduaghan on that list? The list no complete period.
