Lola has a Yoruba father and white Russia mother

    6. Dumb comment @anon 15:29.
Don’t you people read? They are not even related. Tania uses her middle name as a surname to feel very Nigerian.

    7. I understand that Tania does not use her father's surname to feel Nigerian but what I am trying to say is, Lolas mother and Tania father might have the same surname. Just saying because I see some kind of resemblance BTW Tania and Lola.

    2. Lies. Knuckles are not meant to be dark.

    3. @ Anonymous 09:19 How's your cleaning job at Zara in Canary wharf?

    4. @Nazboo. There is nothing wrong with a cleaning job. This kind of mentality is the reason why africa is poor. We Look down on certain jobs. Everybody must not go to school, somebody must be a cleaner, waitress, driver, messenger, etc. There is nothing wrong with working, as long as you putting food on the table.

    5. Nazboo ooo.lol. anon it's called self confidence. Besides the couple pics nko???

    6. You can tell who a person is from their comments.
But when will Africans change this kind of mentality?
My kids were born and grew up abroad. I made them do menial jobs to earn stipends and appreciate hard work/money earning and stop their entitled behaviour.
Several times Nigerian friends called to preach to me about how it is not good that my children have to do such jobs despite their parents status in the society. Meanwhile my children did not complain to them and actually are better off for the experiences.

Nazboo, I hope you get to travel a bit and widen your perspective.

  12. She went from Wizkid to Summy. This one clearly has a type. I'll never understand us women. We reject the good ones because they are 'boring' and fall over ourselves for the bad boys because of 'excitement.'

  14. Please this is a humble question.

In Nigeria, is the engagement ring worn on the day of introduction? I asked because where I come from, the engagement ring is worn on the day of traditional wedding. With us, it's introduction, traditional marriage then church or court wedding. How is it done in Nigeria please?

    1. That’s how it’s meant to be but people have changed it.

    2. Different tribes do it different, depending on their culture.

In my tribe, Ibibio (South-South) we have introduction, engagement and traditional marriage before the white(court and/or church ) and you wear your engagement ring after the engagement (mbup) which technically is when you’re officially betrothed

    5. Osas seems like a nice young woman, who tried to polish Gbenro, but it looks like these two are maybe not fit for each other.

I noticed that Gbenro hardly posts her pictures or shouts her out on IG like she does him. He mostly goes about his business on iG, like he were single and would have preferred to have his relationship status secret.

If it were a case of, Gbenro being a guy guy, who wouldn’t normally post as opposed to girls. That would have made things easier. But then Gbenro posts.. plus his post on his daughter’s birthday was careless.

Even if you munched a picture of your own daughter, to share and say “appy baiday ooh, my daughter”, you should at least make an effort to crop it.

I think they got married too quickly and Osas probably didn’t think to wait, because at the time, he was the hottest thing, but Tinsel is almost dead now so....

Moreover Gbenro CANNOT be tamed, I’m guessing that Osas, has understood it clearly now, and is seeing stars.

I hope they don’t pack up, they should put work into it. I heard some scary research about marriage though. After 3 years, you start seeing stars
