Justice Omereji said he was embarrassed by the actions of the anti-graft agency; EFCC who he said failed to appeal the judgments against it but resorted to self-help by inviting the officials. He added that the EFCC should first vacate the subsisting order made by Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court before taking any action on accounts of the State government.
Justice George Omereji also said the letter of invitation of the EFCC was in disobedience to the court order and malicious, adding that only the Rivers State House of Assembly has the right to investigate the financial activities of the State government.
The court, however, declared that three hundred million Naira each be paid by EFCC to Federick Abere and Lekia Biokpo as examplary damages.

ReplyDeleteMost if not all judges in that axis are on Wike's payroll
ReplyDeleteand the laws they are making reference to are also Wike's laws and constitution. Keep thinking through ur anus since you don't that there's a council monitoring the activities of judges at both federal and state levels.
DeleteWhen the judgment is against them it becomes they are on Wike pay roll but if it does then they will rejoice. Yet they claim they aren't sentimental but me. Anonymous 00:48 don't mind them, I know majority of the sycophant here.
DeleteThe damage sought and the figure declared by the judge is outrageous.
Delete300million does not make sense. It ridicles the judgement.

On Wike's payroll. The way Federal judges are on Buhari's payroll. Where is Buhari's certificate? Why is El Zakzaky still in detention? Why is Sambo Dasuki still in detention? There are rules governing the land and the judicial, Wike didnt make them. EFCC is an intimidation tool in the hands of this government.
DeleteEFCC...nah fighting corruption na witch hunting.
