Philippians 4:13 (I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me) came through for me this morning. I hope it does same for you too.

Good morning BVs it's Friday!! Time to unwind from the weeks stress. Enjoy your weekend people!

    1. Congrats. I pray to have mine soon.

    2. You don't need GPS, you need a smart device. Your phone preferably.

Download google maps on it, and when you wan to go somewhere in put the address or the general location in “destination ”, and it will show you the routes to follow.

It's simple really, you just need to have the app on your phone.

      Delete
    3. First thing first, get a separate GPS gadget. It usually come along with its self adhesive stand. Or you can buy them separately.

GPS is very easy to use. Just type the name of the street you are going to (don't forget to always type the area too, as there are many streets with similar names)

Type the name of the street/area that you are departing from.

As a new user, always study and familiarise yourself with the route first before moving the car.

  7. What is really going with us women? God has gifted and blessed us with insight and intuition but because we want to believe that we are all the same with men, we throw these unique precious gift to the corner and start dragging position with men. We have the best gift of all creatures, yet we do not know how to put it into good use.
We rather want to be all emotional and be seeking sympathy.

I am tired of educated and well exposed women not knowing what to do when in danger or after being sexually assaulted. Rape is a grievous offence both in the sight of God and man.

If you find yourself, family member, friends or a child being raped, do not run to social media to make the announcement, please run to the appropriate authority which are; the doctors and police.

These are few among the many things you should do for yourself or for someone you know....

1, Get to a safe place.

The first thing you should do if you are in any immediate danger is to get yourself to a safe place.

2, Tell some what has happened.

Once you are out of danger, tell the first person you see what has happened or contact someone you know and trust and tell them the whole story while it is fresh in your mind. Although this can be difficult, it is very important because this person can help with the police investigation and later support your story in court. They are known as the first contact witness.

3, Preserve evidence of the rape.

The one thing you may want to do is wash. If you do, you run the risk of washing away all physical evidence of the rape so do not bath, shower or wash your clothes. Doing this would get rid of blood, semen, saliva or hair that could be used as evidence of the rape. If you are injured, go straight to your nearest hospital, community health centre or doctor.

4, Decide whether you want to report the rape.

You do not have to decide immediately whether to report the rape to the police but the sooner a doctor examines you, the more likely they are to find physical evidence.

P.S. If the first person you contacted discouraged you from speaking to the appropriate authority, please do not listen to them. Go ahead and do the needful both for your sanity and for justice.

    2. If you are Igbo it's that bride price that is the main koko, even if court annulles the court marriage and the bride price is still there you are still another man's wife till it's returned....So many men tend to try use in to frustrate women who decided to leave them but that's for those you are not enlitened,if he has refused to come take the money just go to a customary court and report the matter,he will be called for a hearing and if he doesn't show up your people will be asked to keep the money there for him and go your way, that way you are free.....

Can someone advise me where I can buy this soap in Lagos? I don't have time or even energy to wander around on the street, especially now that rain is doing oshaprapra every day lolll.

If you have a daughter or a sister who's grown, always check on them. Give them money now and then to buy pads, under wears, and maybe toiletries. Females sometimes would never ask for these things from us, but they genuinely need them. They might ask from the wrong persons.
