    1. Nigrrian 'celebs' and low self-esteem. Soooo, because you FINALLY recently discovered full medical checkup you come online to show off. You have issues, honestly. Keep your medical situations to yourself, social media isn't interested. Okoro.

    3. Very unnecessary , you can enlighten people generally about the importance of having regular health checks but you need not share your result on SM, that bit should be confidential.

    4. hahahaha yet he is a private person that wants to keep his relationship with Aless private.

    5. its confidential but if the individual wants it to be posted then its his choice . There is nothing wrong with what he did, people video themselves having sex and some of you here watch it, somebody is advising you to do a check up focus on the message .

there is no such word as acting his age , some people are 54 but still act like children .

  2. I'm really impressed. I've been saying same thing on SDK blog. Ignorance is not an excuse. We should endeavor we go for medical check up at least twice a year. Gone are the days of what I don't know won't kill me,now what you don't know kills faster than atomic bomb.

  4. Good sensitization and awareness to us all. It is something to be encouraged especially for those who can afford it....there should be no excuse. All of us could all go for at least yearly check ups, especially blood work (labs ) as we age, we will catch health issues at their infancy stage. Except indicated at an earlier age, women 40+ should go for pap smear for cervical cancer; mammogram for breast cancer screening. Men 50+ should test for prostrate cancer...do the PSA blood work.

It will reduce the incidence of the so called men of God taking advantage of us when we are faced with serious health problems.

    Good one Tobi.

  7. Thank God for employers that insist on medicals before employment if not someone like me won't have done full medical anytime I change a job.
It's also like even many hospitals do HIV test without even telling you. I was fiddling through my file one day b4 the doc came in to attend to me and I noticed they did HIV test without my knowledge bcos I was coming back for recurring typhoid. I didn't mind anyway. Is that the way Doc's just run HIV test without your knowledge?

    2. You can try getting a medical checkup from Mecure. It's cheaper. They have different packages. It's always my birthday gift every year to myself. I think the highest from last year was 150k. I couldn't do this year cos financially it is well with me. Still hoping to go for it before the year runs to an end. Its advisable to check, i was asked to shed a bit of weight and to watch my Bp. Like this buhari regime isnt enough to spike the blood pressure.*Rolleyes*. My brother didn't take his health serious now we are hoping for a miracle of full healing.

  12. Story of my life, I am a Physiotherapist, and never did complete medical checkup, I always just shoved it up, despite working in the hospital.

I relocated at 28 to Canada, and now do medicals yearly, how foolish I was.

Please Nigerians, let's try do our medicals yearly, early detection is key.

    1. Don't mind all the anons saying he irritates them or that he's annoying. Any sensible person will appreciate what he did. Even though it's for publicity, he's also raising awareness on health which is important.
