Police Arrest 32 Suspected Cultists And Recover Charms,Guns And Money...

The Police Anti-Cultism Unit of “A Division Police Station” Asaba, Delta State in the early hours of Saturday arrested thirty-two suspected cultists within Umuagu Quarters of Asaba, and recovered from them charms in sack bags, guns and the sum of N100, 000.





The suspected cultists, said to be members of Supreme Vikings Confraternity, had in the last six months taken over Umuagu Quarters thereby posing serious threats to its residents especially during night fall when they allegedly commence drums of war battle, and sporadic shootings.

Worse hit in the present situation within Umuagu Quarters in Asaba, was a popular brothel in the area where these cultists frequent to hold their meetings on top of “green bottles”.

Sources said that inside the brothel, these cultists often clad in red-black trousers drink satisfactorily after which they retire into any of the rooms and engage in a litany of s#x bouts.

 Police Commissioner in the State, Mustafa Muhammed confirmed the arrest of the suspects to journalists in Asaba and said that they would be charged to court on completion of investigation.
