A REASON TO SUE

Stella pls post this, i know it’s kinda sensitive. I have this guy I was screwing then, i was always insisting on us using condom. One day the condom broke a the mofo continued straffing, he didn’t apply break at all. It was when he came I realized he wasn’t well protected. Boy! I was furious and I knew he did it intentionally. I went for test several times just to be sure I’m good to go. Now I don’t have sex anymore Abeg till I see mr right. Can I sue him? And pls what category of abuse is that? The s*x was consensual but only when protected. Most Nigeria guys do this. Some stylishly remove d cd to enjoy it raw and the girl will be unaware. PM

NO TO LOVER REQUEST FROM NEIGHBOUR


Gooday aunty stella,i was the pregnant lady my nieghbour was asking
out,after i read the comments here ,i realise the devil wanted to
cheat me and i was almost giving in,i felt stupid for even considering
it ,i saw him the next day and told him i wasnt intrested,he said he
was trying to help me,i told him i did not need the help.i have decide
to trust God though is not easy.thank you aunty stella and all bvs for
your advice indeed u are a family.




Madam make sure this your no is your no...dont give him the Opportunity to come close to you again like you did before for him to have voiced that he wants to gbensh you before he helps you..he will end up gbenshing you and threatening to expose you if you disturb him...trust me you will lose everything if you agree...

CONFORMITY: A JAILER OF FREEDOM AND SUCCESS.

I stumbled on a post written on the wall of a university lecture hall some years ago that reads "Pay now and play later, or play now and pay later". So true and self explanatory  that one doesn't need much reasoning to understand this facts. It's truly a statement of facts that gives one the opportunity to chose what they want from life.

Comfort overtime have been misconstrued as being successful, that a large catchment of people had already condition their mindset to remain in the limit of their comfort zone and what they know. They based their happiness at such level of attainment, and so feel comfortable therein. This category of people see no reasons taking up new challenges or moving out to a different task or environment, the reasons so many numbers of people  are stuck in mediocrity.

Saying it entails painstaking efforts to get a successful result will be stating the obvious. Now understand this, if you aren't willing to sacrifice comfort at some point in time, then you are not yet ready for success. A friend will always say to me, "If it wouldn't cost you something then it doesn't look too good to venture into". Sacrifice is not satisfied. In sacrifice, a lot of pleasurable moment and things are often given up for a better target in order to be satisfied.

Conformity is truly the jailer of  freedom and success. What conformity does, is to confine you to your comfort zone and when that is done, you end up not being able to try something different of what you are used to or take up innovative challenges.  In this aspects, aspirations are often silence thereby making you live only in the present.

For Abraham to be successfully blessed by God, he must leave the comfort of his father's house. Until you are ready to leave where you are comfortably seated, that toxic relationship, marriage, family comfort and sympathy you can never get where you want to be. There are things that need to go away from you in order to get what you desire. Do something different today from what you have always done and see how transforming and rewarding your life will become.

CITY TENANTS

Dear Stella,

In as much as every country has its own culture, there are a few things that should be emulated from the western world which is inclusive of 'mutual respect'.

It is one thing for a tenant to be outrightly difficult  to get along with and also another issue for the landlord or lady to choose how to wisely approach the issue.
Everyone knows that the moment you make a case with your landlord, your tenure is fast coming to an end. I have seen cases of tenants who partly deserved the reactions they got.

 How do we analyse the case of a young female tenant who constantly brings both married and unmarried guests to the house? It's her business right? What happens when the situation gets out of hand and all the lovers run into each other at her place and start breaking bottles and damaging properties belonging to other tenants in the course of their fight? Who pays?

How about tenants who would deliberately park wrongly and when you knock their door, they either deliberately ignore you or start a fight by telling you how much your car costs in the market!?

There are also tenants who suck up to their landlords so as to get favor and lord over the other tenants. They are the ones who will remind you landlord has been calling your number to ask you for your rent!...some would even finish by saying 'oga please pay up o, so we don't  all have to suffer for your irresponsibility'!...

How about the ones that starts their day at 11pm and would wake everybody in the compound upon their departure and arrival!?...

The bachelor whose high libido is a cross we all have to bear...ranging from loud moans of sexual pleasures to deafening music at odd times of the day and night.!

The coded  tenant whose exact Job no one knows...he stays in during the day sometimes, appears and disappears at will and never entertains any visitors. This one keeps you wondering if he's a ghost or works for the CIA?!..

Talk about the spinster tenant with the roving eyes for rich married men in the compound... the one who goes jogging deliberately both morning and evening in skin tights and shorts... the one who would initiate lift offers with these men without permission from their wives!....

How about the male tenant whose drive is to appear friendly with the wives and kids whilst codedly drilling the women in turns when their husbands are off to work!

Tenants whose filth is beyond comprehension, those who would never clean up their surroundings and when another tenant does, they would be the first to spread their tentacles there!..

Talk about the tenant who befriends all the other maids, visits their apartments when the bosses are out and analyses their personal life without their knowing for robbery purpose plus devour your maids with their 'under' tool and eats well cooked meals on a steady from your house in your absence..

The tenant that visits other tenants just to know how your interior decor is, so as to copy same for theirs or return home to shout at their husbands or wives and pressure them to emulate the 'perfect neighbour'... are not left out either. 

Let's not forget the ones who would take selfies in your house from different angles while you are not watching and put up on social media or private chat groups with their friends to discuss your status or pretend to own your status...

How about the ever religious tenants who believes every other tenants are either sinners, unholy, witches or wizards thereby restricting any form of rapport with them... 

Stella,we can go on and on analysing diverse tenants and their traits but most importantly, whatsoever category defines you as a person...it is up to you to either change completely or make positive adjustments. We were not made perfect but let's make the world bearable for others to also live in...live and lets live says the quote!.Aye o le o!

What about the spinsters who date both Single and married men in one compound and gbensh all of them?..They also collect salaries at the end of the month from all of them and these men know they are all co-lovers but cannot shout out cos of the disgrace....

What of the wives who monitor the bachelors living in the same compound and threw a fit when they have female visitors?

TTC ENDED IN PRAISE


Let me do a quick re-introduction since it's been a while after my last TTC email. 

I have sent in three stories soo far on my infertility journey,each including the experience I had in IUI'S and IVF. The last IVF where 28eggs were extracted and none got fertilized.

A few months after that,we(hubby and i) decided to try another IVF again and the hospital was kind enough to do it for us absolutely free of charge seeing that the first one was unsuccessful. 

So I gathered strength, and we started another round of injections,tests and all. Everything went well and 8good eggs were extracted,4 fertilized perfectly and we decided that all four embryos be placed back in my womb.

Madam Stella,since I started on this journey I have never been more hopeful than I was on this last IVF,I followed all the rules hook,line and sinker.

People started reaching out to me saying they dreamt I was pregnant,oooh the joy in my soul,I was going to be a mother of four/three/two/one. Chances that at least one of the embryos will grow to full term was very high. 

Two days before the two weeks time line to do a pregnancy test,my heart broke in a million pieces. One by one,I felt the sharp excruciating pain of the embryos coming down and I broke down into tears,went to the hospital and requested that a test be done. 

The matron said I should come back on the two week mark which is just two days away,but I saw the fear in her eyes. 

On the said date,we went in for the test and it was negative,nurses were crying because at this point,I don turn customer(this was our fourth procedure)

As we were leaving the clinic,cloths of blood started to drop I couldn't even hold back the tears,I got home and drank myself to stupor while I asked GOD why me and how hard is it to even get pregnant?

Thankfully,we had planned a trip for our wedding anniversary for December,so I looked forward to that counting weeks then days.

To GOD be the glory ma'am,I got sick during the trip and was even abusing our ports yellow fever and malaria shots saying they gave me fake injection. Only to come back home and still this malaria no gree me,

After a few weeks of not feeling well,I codedly went to buy the home kit,I checked and my GOD!!!! i was pregnant😱😱😱😱

Got pregnant naturally after four failed assisted procedures, I had no idea I was pregnant all I know is I decided to just let go and let GOD. I told my husband I was no longer doing IVF or IUI again,so he said no problem,let your body rest.

I started to just PRAISE GOD,I wouldn't even lie,I stopped praying about it. I just sang praises,and prayed for other people I knew around me going through this. 

And today ma'am,we have our son 

Here is me praying baby dust on all TTC couples reading this,it will end in PRAISE for you all in JESUS name. Please keep the faith,it will happen when you least expect it.

CYNHAMS CAKES CALL OUT



I don't call out people, but I think Cynthia of Cynhams cakes deserves one. I contacted her a month before the 29th of August to design a 10' cake for my fiance (liverpool theme). She gave me a quote (plus delivery and edible logo cost) with 6 bonus cupcakes (no toppings or cream). I made 60% down payment same day, to make balance payment when the cake is delivered. I wanted it to be a surprise for him.



As the date got close, he got wind of my plans. Since our birthdays were a day apart, he insisted that I order two 8' cakes to make it a joint celebration. Cynthia contacted me to confirm delivery date and venue. I told her of the change in choice. She gave me a new quote and I sent her my choice of cake design (zebra theme). She graciously added 6 more cupcakes (with toppings and cream) When I asked for a picture as the delivery date got closer, she said the cakes are in the shop. On the day of delivery, she sent me the pictures. I noted that the cakes are not similar. As seen on the mix, the liverpool logo is circular, she made a square one. 

When I addressed that, she said the board is square. That the logo shape was created to match the board. I just let it go. She delivered the cake to his office and I completed the balance immediately. The flavors for the cupcakes are fantastic. However, the fondant started melting three hours later. When I started serving the liverpool cake, I noticed the red band around the cake was ribbon instead of fondant. The funny part is that she used four pins to hold the ribbon in place around the cake. Thinking the liverpool logo was edible, I served it. I realised it was made of paper when the guest I served it to called me to complain with the logo on his plate. To be certain, I ate it. Guess what, it was paper.




I was so caught up with activities for the day that I replied late thanking her for the cakes and cupcakes. The next morning, she replied and asked if I liked the flavours. I had the pins in my hand, so the first thing I told her was that the liverpool logo was not edible. I told her I was yet to eat the zebra cake, but I preferred the butterscotch flavour over coconut. Cynthia replied with🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤, followed by 'this early morning? Have a great day. Bye.'

I wish I had screenshots of the conversation before I deleted her contact. I didn't even come around to the ribbon or pins and she was giving me attitude. I believe feedback is key when it comes to business. The other flavours on the zebra cake (banana and chocolate) are really good. But if Cynthia is too proud to take correction and would rather resort to excuses, she has a long way to go. When customer satisfaction is acheived, referrals will take place and business continues.
