God Is Good Bus Crashes And Severely Injures Passengers After Driver Slept Off...

About 10 persons were seriously injured while others narrowly escaped death in an auto crash involving a bus belonging to God is Good Transport Company.

The incident reportedly happened after the driver allegedly slept off on the steering along Benin-Lagos Road.

One of the passengers, who identified herself as Chenemi, told dailypost that the bus veered off the road after the driver reportedly dozed
Doff and landed in a bush.

The source further disclosed that eight other persons were severely injured while an infant lost one of her fingers to the mishap.

She blamed the driver for his unprofessional conduct while calling on the relevant authorities to call the management of the company to order.

The incident happened days after over seven passengers, mostly women traveling with same transport company were kidnapped.

The passengers were abducted on their way to Lagos from Enugu in Ore.

  10. Eeya. Hope they recover from this. The driver must have been bored or tired. Or maybe he went to flex at night. In some transport lines especially the ones from the east, they always allow passengers who don’t fall asleep once breeze don blow them to seat with the driver. Infact na the driver go even first ask. Whether there is a wave of sleep that can even affect the driver once the passengers don sleep, I don’t know sha. That way they will all be alert and engage the driver if they notice he is feeling drowsy. It’s not an easy thing. God help your children.

    1. happened when my mom was traveling some years ago. As soon as she noticed he was dozing off, she told him to park, stretch his legs and relax. Sometimes they may not be grooving, it's due to lack of rest as they usually ply their routes 2x or more per day

  11. That's how I used GIG last week from Lagos to Onitsha, we left by 9am and got to OSHA by 9pm, our bus broke down twice, they even switched it the first time it broke down in the middle of nowhere... Never ever using this transport company again.

  18. The reason why I can only travel with Anids or Orizu motors.
Their drivers are mostly old men and they don't drive recklessly.
Please God lead us not into temptation And deliver us from all Evil .Amen.
