Five Fashion Hacks That May Affect Your Health

A lot of women suffer for their fashion, putting their bodies through things, and into things, that are not necessarily the ideal situations for the physical comfort.

Fashion can be a real killer sometimes, that’s what they say, but have you ever taken a second to think about the truth behind that statement? Are there things that you are doing with your clothing and accessories that might be causing you harm? Here are some fashion habits that may affect your overall look and even your health.

Badly fitting bra

A high percentage of ladies are walking around every day wearing bras that don’t actually fit properly. You are wearing the wrong size if the band rubs against your breasts, if you can slide your fingers underneath it with ease, and if your straps are constantly digging into your shoulders. Making this mistake every single day can lead to lots of back and posture problems.

Big handbags

The trend for large handbags is big right now, and most women tend to wear their bags on one shoulder all the time. The heavier your the bag gets, the more strain gets put on this particular shoulder, and over time your posture will suffer.

Skinny jeans

Skinny jeans aren’t going anywhere soon, but the extremely tight ones can have some negative effects. Low rise varieties can have the effect of dragging your pelvis down and putting extra work on your joints, which are the joints that connect your sacrum to your ilium bones. It can cause lower back pain.

Tight-fitting underwear

Heavy duty body shaping underwear can lead to things like acid reflux and heartburn, because lots of excess pressure is being put on your stomach, restricting your internal organs and making the digestion process harder for your body to complete. In extreme cases, it can even restrict your breathing.

Stilettos

If you were to see the position of your foot in a stiletto, but without the stiletto actually being there, you would be completely shocked! Not only is your foot contorted, but to achieve balance, you have to pull forward slightly which over time can start to cause problems with neck and back muscles.

*Know any other ones?

  3. Stella eyelashes.. That thing dealt with me on my wedding day.
The first time I fixed it in my life was a day before my wedding day. It gave me a terrible discomfort to the extent I was shedding tears on my wedding day.
The pastor thought I was already missing my parents home and called me into his office to advice me, he told me that if I continue like this he's going to cancel the weddingπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I assured him I would be fine but he didn't know I was sufferingπŸ˜‚ oh my oh my!!

Talk of reception? My eyes were still red that every body was begging me to cheer up and stop spoiling my photos😁 too long to share jari!

The one I dislike the most is jumpsuit. You will be praying that there are people In the toilet who can unzip and rezip up for you and if there isn’t, omo you will know how far!

    7. Goody,I didn't consider zipping and Unzipping the first and last time I wore a jumpsuit. After that day I added the cloth on my giveaway basket...

    8. Were the eyelashes the single ones? Those ones are a hazard on their own. The single strips are good. But just do them for the day.

  4. I love high heels and wedges like kilode. No matter how high I am good to go. I thank God now for block heels, because tiny heels sincerely are not safe.

  5. I rock high heels a lot too, I just love the way they make me change my steps immediately I'm on them.

I'm not a fan of large hand bags...
I hate those small sized bras too.... I even hate them more when I see women with bigger boob wearing them.

Not a fan of skinny jeans, I love mature jeans, I hate skinny jeans on men.

Tight fitting underwear is not my thing at all. I am a slim lady, I love to breathe freely and not suppressed my breathe.

  6. Oversized earrings. Those dangling and bangle-type. If they hook on something you will have earlobe tear and pain or a minor accident.

Tight pyjamas...if your onesie is tight, you will have discomfort, keep turning till daybreak and have few hours of good sleep.

Romper...a.k.a jumper. Consider how often you urinate and where you do the peeing before getting into a romper. If you keep holding onto urine you will cause an ailment within.

Biker shorts... a.k.a tights. If you're fat, don't buy slippery type get cotton bikers to avoid chaffing of your laps when the sun is hot.

Leggings...dont repeat except washed. They trap bacteria while soaking in all the sweat, this way you avoid skin rashes.

    Make others type theirs kwanu.
    Ngwanu bye.

  11. Once it’s more than 3” I no de wear again otherwise na im be sey I go get bow-leg for movement.
Tight stuff generally have never been my thing. I break out in rashes and I get itchy when trousers are too tight for me. Plus I feel like I am suffocating.
If clothes are not cotton, nylon or chiffon, I no de near them. Then all those biting laces, ahh Mbanu.

  12. I don't wear heels at all. Except it's wedge and it still has to be at most 3inches.
First and last time I wore eyelash was my TM/wedding day.
But I admire people who can walk comfortably in heels, they try.

  13. Tight fitting underwear for men are also a no no. The scrotum must be at a certain temperature and wearing tight underwears makes them hot and affects the fertility.

...the first time I wore my waist trainer, I nearly passed out after some hours πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. That alone has put the fear of adding any unnecessary and useless weight into me.
