Actor Gentle Jack Talks About His Kind Of Movie,Relocating And His Fees

Nollywood actor, Gentle Jack, recently expressed displeasure with the neglect of action movies, which happen to be his area of specialty.

Speaking on social media, the actor said there was no time he stopped acting. According to him, cable stations have refused to broadcast action movies like they show other movies.

Gentle Jack, however, told Sunday Scoop that since he made the observation, he was yet to see any improvement.

He said, “I am an action hero and I have a passion for epic movies. Since I voiced out, the feedback has been poor. It is only a few people who responded. I am not the only person involved; it has also affected many of my colleagues who do action movies.”

While saying that he could play any role as an actor, he stated that he had a preference for action movies. He said, “As an actor, I am versatile. Recently, I shot a comedy movie with Wale Adenuga Production titled, Knockout. I can be involved in all kinds of movies including comedy, romance and adventure stories. But I have a passion for action or epic movies.”

Gentle Jack also revealed that he relocated to Port Harcourt about three years ago as he had been living in Lagos since he was born.

He said, “Moving to Port Harcourt has not affected my acting career. If you are looking for me, you can always call me. But most times, producers find it hard to pay me; so, they look for cheaper options. One thing they don’t understand is that no one can be like Gentle Jack. I thank God I made my mark in the early years of Nollywood. I still make money from acting. Serious producers contact me for jobs. If Wale Adenuga didn’t believe in me, he wouldn’t call me for a production.”

    2. My dear you have point. Correct bodyguard. Even Bey and Kim's personal guards don't have the heaviness and fleshiness that Gentle Jack has. Plus that scary domineering face. Only wendy Williams guard looks a bit like him.

You are happy staying at the feet?
You are the problem; people who do not every love their own thing.
Why not talk about how to improve their acting and costumes instead of
castigating them. He is open for feedback he says.
Hollywood did not start like you know it today. They too were once "pounding foo foo
      and shooting knockouts".

    3. Oga anonymous are they ready to improve on themselves and work on all the aspects of movie production ranging from sound, casting, and the use of special effect?

They don't even use good props for action movies

The so called cinema movies are some of those movies really worth it?

They should do their home work before producing a movie and giving it all the unnecessary hype and you eventually get upset after seeing it.

Please they should leave action movies for Hollywood. When they are done with their home work they can go ahead to produce it

And again don't give my blog ID another meaning.

It's a dead stuff joor, people need to laugh & get that kinda totori feeling & be able to relate to them when watching movies, that is why more of the comedies & romantic dramas are selling. Face another hustle while you wait for action roles

  14. Gentle Jack ...he bought my old King size bed from me in Atlanta, I was surprised but I am not a fan of actors and actresses so I just put face like I didn't know who he was, I was interested in selling my bed frame and mattress and he wanted to play a fast one on me. Well he didn't. Gentle Jack if you wanted a brand new King size bed and mattress you shouldn't have looked on Offer Up app, it is for used and fairly used goods and items.
