Yesterday the Bambinos were all over me,made me feel so loved and special and told me all the nice things they would do for me..I kept getting emotional pecks and hugs and i was like WOW!!!
I also kept hearing ''when will you ask her before she realises what we are up to?lol
Before they went to bed came the request,I don't know if i can wriggle out of it cos i am supposed to return all the hugs and kisses if i wont deal...Hhahahahahahahaha these boys eh!
Everything comes with a prize tag and even kids know that...
Got a call from a BV who isn't Nigerian but African..She had reported hubby dearest to the authorities for Maltreatment and turning her and their kids to slaves.....She will be taken into protective custody but she had a pang of guilt and called me....managed to calm her!
A Nigerian guy 'harvested' his wife and kids to Germany and they dare not call him anything else but SIR.....I hear the small small beatings have began and threats of sending them back but unfortunately she is secretly mobilising and will soon call the cops on him too..Na wah!

Every human being at one point in time express that feelings of anger when provoked. Though some have mastered the act of controlling provocation, but very handful of that number.
Firstly, one need to imbibe the spirit of love if they must deal with anger. Anger usually comes from a place of hate and bitterness. With love, you will see people's act as human imperfection. So to get over anger is to get love.
Avoid unnecessary arguments if you are the type that get upset easily when drag to the mud. Never let things or situations gets tense or heat up, for they stand the chance to ignite annoyance in you that unknowingly can be transfer aggressively to another in anger.
Master the act of walking away from a tense argument/environment. Remaining at such place will move you into responding unnecessary. Play the weakling and move away, it is more honorable that way than to stay and act or say things capable of destroying life or happiness.
Create a mental scene or have a picture of what anger caused you in the past or to someone you know. In provocation moment, make use of the third eye and visualize those mental scenario and let it play in your thought. By the time that is going on, you will notice how silent you are, then realizing the outcome of those mental pictures created, you will be force never to tow that path.
At moment of anger or provocation, sing if you can, dance or force happiness in your smile (laughter). It helps to douse the tension in you to react. Be a lover of quality music especially gospel music, for it has the ability to weak a hardened heart.
Get busy with things that makes you happy and fulfilled in life, it is an anti dote to vextation. Successful people usually don't have time for unnecessary argument or quarrels, they don't talk thrash or act silly. When you are fulfilled, happiness radiate in you but an unfulfilled life will be prone to anger at a slight provocation.
Finally, have a forgiving spirit at heart. One who forgives do not hold grievances or grudges against others. Unforgiving stir hatred that can build annoyance towards people you don't like when ever you see them. Remember anger stir up from annoyance, so avoid whatsoever annoys your happiness and spirit.
I hope this help someone battling out there with anger.

DeleteI know some developer friends making good money that are having issues obtaining visas to really good companies because they are freelancers, unlike their counterparts can be given introduction letters, that are earning less, though employed by big organizations.
I’m not saying this happens for everyone, but I’m saying that access to credit like loans, and being able to get things and pay small small, car financing, even this NHF mortgage schemes that has being revised recently, all favor people that earn salaries.

ReplyDeleteGood morning all, last night I watched the movie "acrimony" and I realised that what has been affecting my life for 40 odd years now is BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER, just the way Melinda in the movie has, though not to the point of killing someone or suicide. At my age, no husband or boyfriend, I haven't had a relationship that lasted 1yr. It always ends due to my bad behavior, one ex said I was possessed, or friends will say its your extended family members that made me to be unmarried at this age. Now I know better, mental illness abound all around us even in those that seem completely normal. Happy birthday to me!
