Drink more water and milk, instead of food. Eat yogurt, not yogurt ice cream, I mean, fresh yogurt. Eat fruits, veggies and fish instead of heavy food and meats.

DeleteSometimes, some doctors scare women into preparing their minds for CS not because of they can't handle vaginal delivery but their greed for the surgery fee. Eat cleaner and walk more then by 38 or 39 weeks, you go for a scan and check the weight of your baby or better still, seek a second opinion preferably a government hospital(if you are not using one already) where they don't have anything to loose. You will be very fine. No need to panic. Wish you a safe delivery.
