    1. They are not. They are liabilities. Even the the house is a liability unless you are making profit from them.

    2. No be small motivation 😏

    3. Why all the cars? @Princess Tever

    4. Anon how can a house be a liabilty,a house can never be liability, cos prices of land and properties rise daily, major investment.

    5. A landed property is an asset, how can you even call it a liability. Anyway, as for Peter, if you like shout Amen million times, if you are idle it won't work for you

    6. It’s only Nigerians that judge achievement by the ownership of cars and houses. To be honest, the only asset in that picture is the house. The cars are liabilities because they depreciate in value every month. The average Nigerian celebrity is a praise seeking materialistic individual who values his worth by only what he owns. The world is so much more than that now... how you impact society is what truly places you above... ask truly rich individuals like mark zurkenberg, bill gates and co

    7. Nice observation Stella. The first I noticed as well. That is how they build houses in Nigeria now o. They don’t think of playground for kids

  2. Nigerian kids rather go out to play at d parks

  3. Six cars?
Waste of money biko. Makes no sense to me.
No space in the compound to run around with the kids.

    3. too you a waste, to him its not.
      one for his wife
      another for him everyday use
      another for kids school run
      another for errands
      another for events
another for when any breaks down/when rain falls/when you need to move stuff/when travelling/convoy fleet.
you really need as many cars as you wish/or can afford in Nigeria. for some its more for convenience and the others whatever materialistic value they place on it
      ..........................................................

for those worried about the kids, they have enough space inside to play, should they want to play outside for any reason, there is enough space in the secured estate and nanny to watch over while they do that.

    1. Thank you. This is show off. I hate when people post/flaunt their houses and cars and claim they want to motivate people. No, you are showing off. You can motivate in million other ways without showing off. This doesn't motivate me.

  6. Why are Nigerian entertainers this selfish and egocentric.
Madonna built a hospital for kids in Uganda.
Lebron James just built an elementary school for kids in his growing up town to encourage school enrollment and good behavior which he lacked while growing up.
Dolly Parton has a book enrollment program for kids.
You can go on to name them. Those are the inspirational deeds and those are
the people I dare call celebrities and not twins who cannot even co-exist with each other or be at peace with each other flaunting what "they gifted themselves".

  9. How’s this a form of motivation?
Does this mean that every Nigerian youth should aspire to be a music artiste so they can have houses packed with cars that children cannot cycle or run freely in?
But why is having plenty cars and ‘mansions’ the average Nigerian’s idea of doing well?

  12. He isn't the smartest of the duo. Complex ridden twin. Always eager to show off. Whatever he has, Paul has as well, maybe ever more because he is more conservative. Paul's idea of motivation is photos of their humble beginnings. Peter's is .....go figure.

    1. Paul is richer than Peter and Jude too. He is the only one amongst the three that has many other houses, aside the square villa which I am not if they sold already. Paul has other two houses in Lagos for rent. He has a plaza in Abuja and twin duplex for rent in Jos.

Peter should be richer as he make more money but he spends quite more and extravagantly too. Even his own share after the break-up i.e the American-condo, he already sold it off and didn't re-invest the money.
