There is silence from the Presidency and people are alleging that Miyetti got the go ahead to make that threat from the powers that be.....

I find it very hard to believe those things actually said that. In a country that has law and constitution? Na wa o.
ReplyDeleteThey are another arm of government that makes it four. Remember this isn't their first threat. They once said the whole Nigeria land belongs to them and they will graze any where they deem fit. If it was another tribe that made this comment, believe me by now the DSS and Army would have been unleashed to that territory, in fact their leader would be arrested by now if their demand is not in line with the interest of the government.
ReplyDeleteNow let me speak to political students about the likelihood that Saraki may not be easy to be impeached.
For those who don't understand the politics being played by Saraki to save his seat, let me say this here. What if there is an idea of a joint sitting by the two chambers anytime soon in order to discuss the INEC budget.
Do you know the reports of the presidential requests were jointly treated by committees of the two chambers? So don't you think its likely that the passage will be done at a joint sitting? When that is done, both Senators and Representatives would be at the joint session to discuss the INEC budget and the Eurobond request, so no motion for impeachment would be moved because it is not permitted in such arrangement.
In an eventuality that the leadership of both chambers extend the resumption of plenary beyond the initial agreed date of September 25 to enable members to participate in their party primaries as slated by INEC, and it happens that most APC senators didn't get a return ticket on the primaries consequently on the loggerhead some have with their various governors who maybe eying their seats with their favorites, do you think they will still be chanting the impeachment madness when the assembly finally reconvened? Your guess is good as mine. Then another round of defections will strike.
You, speak to political students? You don’t even know A not to talk of B. Your analysis doesn’t even fit a subject to be discussed.
DeleteCattle rigth campaigners on mission.
ReplyDeleteLet's see how this drama churns out
ReplyDeleteIt's very obvious that tey have backings from the presidency, how come with all the threats they where never arrested for once? And all of a sudden Fulani heardsmen they have stopped killing people? Na siddon look we dey
ReplyDeleteThis is to show that buhari is in support of everything going on in this country i'm beginning to think that the story of them islamizing Nigeria is so true. God help us in this country.
ReplyDeleteYou woke up late dear. They have gone far in their conquest.
Delete@I am just wondering why cattle breeders are engaging themselves in Politics..what is their aim? Put on your thinking cap. Buhari is their oga.
ReplyDeleteNobody thinks Saraki could have done this so as to bring about this exact reaction we are giving? If there is one thing I've come to realize in Nigeria is the, the more you look, the less you see...
