May their souls and souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace

May their souls rest in peace...Amen.

We keep hearing stories of corps members drowning, still people go for picnicking even in open waters. I still maintain, nobody will catch me near the water for any reason, I only went to a swimming pool once all through my service year, and even then I was so cautious. I hate being in an environment I know I can't help myself by myself...lol.

    2. What's not right about the statement Pat? You'll have to ask God why He increased the volume of the water.

    3. Because water has an awesome power that many ppl do not realize. Even the current in rivers can be strong enough to pull you under and drown you, yet when you look at the river it seems calm on the top. Water is heavy and requires no outside stimulation to behave in any manner it desires. Always pray or ask for safe passage if you are travelling by water, respect the water and you will stand a better chance of survival while you are in it. Water also has a memory, so if you have ever cursed any body of water, or made loud exclamations about hating water, do not venture into any deep bodies of water, because water remembers and will punish you.

  15. Water is that one element that should never be taken lightly. Me, even as a swimmer I prefer to stay closer to shore. So many families left in pain from this unfortunate incident, may God give them the strength to endure.
