She pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of false documents and received a six month suspended sentence at Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday.
She used a fake French passport and a National Insurance card to obtain a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate in order to be eligible for work.
She arrived in the UK in October 2011 and remained as an “overstayer” after her visa expired a year later.
Shortly after arriving in the UK Johnson was coerced into prostitution but later “found her vocation” in care work, the court was told.
Johnson was arrested on 30th December at Cambian Southwick Park School in Tewkesbury after the DBS checked her documents and concluded they were counterfeit.
It emerged she had previously worked with vulnerable adults at several care homes around Gloucestershire before starting at the school.
Judge Michael Cullum told her it was “exceptionally serious” to use counterfeit documents to deceive the DBS, “whose job is to safeguard the vulnerable”.
But after being told that despite working illegally Johnson had an ‘exemplary work record’ with ‘exceptionally positive references’ he allowed her to walk free.

DeleteRubbish work of £6.30 per hour
DeleteAt David To you it might be rubbish but if you convert £6 to Naira x 40 hours, that is not a bad pat and BTW Mr Foolish, THERE IS DIGNITY IN LABOR.
DeleteDavid, which job you dey do sef? Abi you be jobless? Whether £6.30 or less per hour she’s able to meet her needs without begging.
Delete@David. And how much do you make? I'm sure you are one of those Yahoo boys that have no regard for people that work hard to make money. At least she makes something rather than starving in Nigeria and begging on the street. You are an idiot for your stupid comment
DeleteDavid is 7.50 not 6.30. Be there spreading hatred like butter.
Delete@David if that is what you earn now, just try and get your Nvq 3,NHS trust is doing massive recruitment now, its £11.50 per hour weekdays and £17.50 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays. It's unfortunate that they might still deport her.

Rational yes. However, she will have to face immigration control. She'll likely be deported
DeleteShe was later free wow she mustbe very lucky..
ReplyDeleteThey are everywhere both UK and US. I remembered when I was looking for job, someone directed me to one man that Wil do id card and when I asked him if I can use d id and social security number to work in another place and when he told me no that is only the agency that connected me to him that I Wil use it to work with,I quickly tell him dt am coming back. I don't want to be disgrace. Now am working without d fake id only used my passport at least better than using fake id card and fake social security number.
ReplyDeleteWow
ReplyDeleteSee how God favoured her .This is the same crime they use in deporting people.
If you are smart you will know that the reason she went to court was because of fake papers to work. Immigration is next. So you actually think she's free to stay back with fake documents? Most of you are not smart smh
DeleteAnon 12:03, calm your titties! Just because that anon didn’t have the full info doesn’t mean he or she isn’t smart. Besides, the post said she “walked free” which can lead people to think she was freed in the UK.
DeleteHnmmmmm
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the judge reasoned with her, especially as she has good work ethics. You can tell that in a reasonable economy, she will function as a support worker very well. Na wa oh!!
ReplyDeleteFatou is not a Nigerian name
ReplyDeleteThey are plenty naa, especially in the US and the UK Just blow police siren for any working place and you will see those who will excuse themselves to use the restroom or comot through the back door.
ReplyDeleteLol so most of you actually think she’ll remain in the U.K. after her suspended sentence? Gullible fools! Yes she has an exemplary work ethic etc and that’s great but unfortunately, she will be deported. U.K. nor dey waste time to deport people.
ReplyDeleteWhen God decides to favour a man protocols are broken for his sake. You are so bitter that she found favour .There have been cases of people that got permit in similar situation like this.
DeleteYou are stupid, so you had to insult people because you think you know better?? Nonsense!!
DeleteYou wouldn't have abused thou
DeleteLol so most of you actually think she’ll remain in the U.K. after her suspended sentence? Gullible fools! Yes she has an exemplary work ethic etc and that’s great but unfortunately, she will be deported. U.K. nor dey waste time to deport people.
