Lasun Yusuf, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, has announced that the National Assembly will reconvene on Tuesday, August 14.
He disclosed that the agenda will primarily be the presidential request for virement of funds for the operations of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2019 polls.

Stella yes it is constitutional to reconvened before a recess elapses if there is a matter of urgency that need to be attended. Just like the supplementary budget for 2019 elections that need attention.
