DeleteNa dem dey rush us is the new line being said in Nigeria I believe
So it's being said in different accents from different tribes.
I dont know how it started in Nigeria but I first saw it on this blog and people saying it through comments then I see people use it as watsapp status. I mean "na dem dey rush us".
I don try biko.
Do you know they are rushing us?
DeleteThis was said in an Igbo dialect synonymous with Imo.
"Na dem dey rush us" was lifted from an old comedy movie starring Charles Inojie...that man that acts in Mr Johnson (Mr Johnson himself). So he made the statement "fine guys like us, we no dey too look for women, na dem dey rush us" whilst chatting with a lady and she was just looking at him like 😩😩😩. 😂
