DeleteAkara,Bread and Pap AKA Akam..
Delete@MARTINS ABOY
The Akara and Ogi is making me swallow saliva badly but no chance for that,I'd just boil rice with the left over vegetable stew this morning.
DeleteI don't know why I do not have cravings in this my present condition unlike my first coldstone creamry, fried yam, cocoyam,Akara, pota pota, corn cake(eko) and fried fish was my worst addiction then and buying different types of food and eat them in half, the only thing I don't do is long throat. I don't know if it's my mindset or because pepper no rest. Still Good is faithful

@viva gbegiri is beans soup. Just wash the beans and remove the back, then Cook till its very tender.. Then you can add ogiri, sait to taste, palm oil , blended crayfish ,a pinch of Maggi if you want and lastly palm oil. That's all your delicious gbegiri is ready for consumption with amala,EBA, semo or any swallow of your choice.
