According to Dailypost,Amaechi ❤ who is the Director-General of President Muhammed Buhari’s campaign organization, made the confirmation in a chat with Sahara Reporters. “I saw him and he confirmed but I don’t know about the date,” the report quoted Amaechi as saying. Akpabio was former two-term governor of Akwa Ibom State.
President Buhari’s Special Assistant on Prosecution, Okoi Obono-Obla, had yesterday disclosed in a Facebook post that Akpabio will be received into APC on Thursday by the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and other top leaders of the party at a rally in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom state.
*How come his dumping is taking time and generating dust?
He is taking his time and weighing his Pros and Cons. I mentioned this earlier on the post about us guessing the next person to defect.
ReplyDeletei wish i can like you post 100 times
DeleteStella if I were Akpabio I will do same. It was just a matter of time before efcc and the other goons come knocking on his door. He is in a very tight corner due to the massive embezzlement in akwa ibom.
ReplyDeleteNa dem sabi. Nothing concern me
ReplyDeleteSelfish interest! He is the minority leader and apc is now minority in the House, if he remains in pdp he will lose the position! Major reason Saraki moved to pdp.
ReplyDeleteJust Krix!
How's APC minority in the Senate?Arithmetic must be your weakness
DeleteObviously you don’t even understand politics. Let me first correct your understanding that APC is the minority in the Senate. It is not. They are still the majority. With over 52 senators. That’s why APC senators are insisting that Saraki must leave his position because a minority cannot be the head of the senate.
DeleteHe even stands the chance of becoming the next speaker or deputy speaker. Recall that APC had earlier zoned that position to the south but Saraki played a fast one plus there was no APC senator from the south who was in his/her second tenure in the senate.
DeleteAPC Senators are still more than PDP's .About 55 and still counting.
DeleteThe man knows what is doing EFCC dey come
ReplyDeleteAPC Senatoes are still more than PDP's. About 55 and still counting.
