Hmmmmm i have a small testimony concerning forgiveness and reaching out......Make i gist una....
I have a VERY BEAUTIFUL,very comfortable friend from Croatia and we used to be really close and anytime i buy anything,no matter how expensive it was,i would sometimes get her one too.....I didn't know i was breeding a jelos farm inside her.
Her mum would visit and be restless until she as seen and spent plenty time with me....
One day she looked for quarrel from nowhere and told me to stay away from her and her family,since that was about the fifth time she was telling me,i decided to respect her and i did just that.....For three years until Yesterday i avoided all the places i knew she would be and i used to see her from angles she didn't see me.
Funny thing?Our kids stay friends and ignored us..my boys talk about her boys all the time and hers did same.
When Nigeria lost to Croatia eh,I was so upset and kept wanting Croatia to lose cos of her but for where!.....LOL
Yesterday in Church,she walked up to me,summoned up courage and said sorry and we made up....told me a lot of things that shocked me into believing that sometimes even rich people don't like to see their Friend's get up to their level....
Why am i narrating this story?there are some important people in our lives we need to forgive,we need to reach out to them and talk things over so that the sleepless nights would be over.....Now my friend can sleep....Its awesome!
Ehen i also told her how much i wanted her Country to lose and we had a good laugh...
Ehen moving on.....Some of you advertise and when people try to contact you,you don't respond on time and yet you will be wondering why God hasn't answered your prayers?What a pity.
A Lady mailed me to complain about someone that advertised something and how long it took her to respond and i apologised on her behalf and begged her to still patronise her...but i contact the lady selling bed sheets since over a week that i needed to make purchase for someone and there has been no response....pity!

My mom was dozing while praying during devotion today but I can't even make fun of her in peace before she will remind me how My Fees were paid since birth and how I am living Rent free in her house 🙄... she might even add how she is agile and has excelled in her place of work.... she will turn it upside down from A to Z and it will become the hard work or its me that is making her doze 😂😂😂.... that's if she even admits to dozing 😂😂😂... I love her so much and only which she could tell me my offence and I apologise even if she as decided not to be friends with me again. I think I have the right to know my offence and why she is angry. Whenever I remember her,I feel sad I don't even know what caused the issues in our relationship because I don't have any bad-blood against her.

I might muster courage and call the person. I also have a friend who wants me to be at her beck and call. I'm too familiar with this and when I get tired I stop then it becomes what is the problem. ReplyDeleteSo, the fastest and easiest peel is the citric acid peel. Citric acid can be found in lime and lemon, but i prefer lemon. So you can sprinkle sugar on a cut of lemon and rub on your (squeaky clean!!) face. Allow to stay on for about 15 minutes. Rinse off. Thats a peel 😁 i know someone used the citric acid powder (usually used as food preservative) to make a paste and apply.
Next on the list is glycolic acid. Its quite mild so its good for starters. Mix 50/50 with water. Use a fan brush for application or cotton wool (be sure to rinse your hands if you use cotton wool sha).
My favourite is lactic acid, which comes in various strengths. 25-40% is ideal for individuals who are new to the peeling system, but as an ogbologbo I have used up to 80% before. Same thing, mix 50/50 with water and apply on skin. Rinse off.
TCA Peel. Hmm! Best done at a Spa. It literally pulls the skin off you, like a snake shed. But your skin must really need enough help for you to try that.
Guidelines:
Delete1. Observe your skin's tolerance and reaction to a peel, its best to do a test patch if you have sensitive skin. You will tingle sooner, at the initial stages and if the tingling gets too uncomfortable, rinse off. It might mean your skin doesnt need the peel on for so long. If you experience less tingling, then your skin can handle it.
Its abit dicy, because poorly exfoliated skin will tingle as the acid begins to do the job.
2. When you use peels, you use sunscreen. No argument, no jokes, no cheating. Your skin's sensitivity to sunlight has been increased by the use of peels, so just respect yourself to avoid sun burn.
3. Moisturize immediately after a rinse off because acids have a drying effect. Oils on damp skin are you best bet, as they are mild enough - i like neutrogena oil. Some people recommend glycerine afterwards.
4. Ideal treatment time is 10-15 minutes. Dont leave your peel on too long or worse still overnight. You will roast your skin.
5. Avoid eye areas. If your 'moustache' area gets darker up to one week after application, it means its sensitive too and got burnt. So someone like that would have to avoid that part of the face as well. You can also use on decolletage, especially if you have pimples there.
6. They work for burnt knees, ankles and knuckles too.
Lastly, if you dont want the DIY hassle, I recommend Ren Glycolactic Radiance face mask. Jeeez! That shit is bae 👐 👐 Contains two active acids (glycolic and lactic), so you can imagine. Pricey but bae, very bae. Once a week (twice at most) and your face just glows. Use it after a stressful day, go to bed and your face glows the next day. This is why I am a bit rusty, Ren has spoilt me. Lol. You will be strong not to get addicted. I know Murad also has some Vit. C one, but i havent tried before.
DeleteNow, body peels... i think are overrated. I know theres that one that you apply on your body for three days without taking a shower and your epidermis sheds off, exposing a fresher whiter layer of skin. I think its like TCA for the body. I havent tried that and dont intend to. Good (harsh) exfoliating salt scrub, mixed in oil should do, add a little of your acid and let it sit for 5 minutes while you're in the shower. Just make sure you use it before you pour water on the body. If not, the water will 'melt' the salt, dilute the acid and it wont scrub you off well.

ReplyDeleteUnforgiveness is one weakness I'm trying to overcome. My cousin (31) living with us since she was 7 or thereabout just left the house with her younger one who was also living with us. This 31 years old always like carrying face like mashed garden egg, like she was doing us a favour staying in the house. My mum single handedly saw her through school up till university level and was planning same for her younger one who has written waec and jamb, she was patiently waiting for her choice polytechnic post utme form. I'm the only child of my mum's kids living here in the house. This two cousins of mine will always have a joke between themselves to laugh about when I'm passing by around the house. So I completely stopped talking to the elder one. We had a little quarrel one early morning about two weeks ago. She was always making noise around the house while getting ready for work. I came out my room and told her she was disturbing me. Mehn within 60 seconds, this lady had called me all manner of uncondensing names. Their laughter and name calling grew as the days passed by. Then one Sunday morning, I couldn't take it no more, while they were chanting 'devil full church' as I was getting ready for church, I dropped my phone on record in their midst, left for church and came back to hear the shocker of my life when I listened to the record. They insulted the life outta me (no big deal because I expected that). They insulted my mum too. My mum has been nice to them to a fault. I cried. Played for my mum when she came back from church. Mum was numb with fear and anger. Long story short, they packed out of the house without saying sorry when they found out we have a record of their evil talk. So how do I start forgiving them both. Well I have been praying about it. Asking God to wipe every unforgiving spirit in me.

You can download it from play store. Just search for Unfollow App and a list comes out. Choose any one you like..it's the same work they all do.
When finished downloading and installing; open the app. It will show you list of your followers.
List of people you are following too.
And then list of people that followed you before but have unfollowed later on. You can unfollow them back. Lol
