Good day beeeeveeesssss, pls i need advice, i gave my elder bro my ATM to keep and most especially to help me with some transaction when i went to a neighbouring country, i had up to 500k in one of d card so i told him to remove 200k in another of my card cos i was suspecting foul play from an online advert i once did, i told him to put d 200k in his account cos i don't want him to be walking around with my main account ATM, but most time when i get to do transaction he uses my main account so i see d debit alert, with time i didn't know my bro was taking from the money in his own account, cos i don't see debit alert nahhh 4rm his account, this is d same guy that anything he does for me at least i give me 3-5k from d transaction some times i give him all d profit i make which is about 5k in a business. On diff occasions my friends that he had to transfer money to for d little side buzz i hustle, advice i do online banking that is not good to allow people into your account no matter the relationship, i always swear for my elder bro that he can not do that to his kid sis that he will never touch my money except i ask him to...

I have been 6months away still struggling outside, ones in a while i will call and ask him how is his body and family cos i no he is not too strong in both, normally he will complain that things are difficult, i will end up telling him to take 5k in my account to take care of him self and ask after d buzz. transportation buzz i left for him to handle, the transportation buzz is another story, buzz that i use my life savings to invest up to date i have not seen even 1k from it *God bears me witness* although the bus is not too strong 


Back to d story, i had to transfer some money to someone and for d money to complete he have to also use the one in his account, i kept on telling him to add d money he kept promising me he will. I was thinking he did after some time i told him to give me d total money he had transfer to d other person he couldn't, i had to call the person and the person told me with evidence the total money he got, i called my bro immediately, he said, the money i kept in his account he has use it, what?????????????? I was mad i made him realise that since he knows me as his sister, has he ever heard that i stole? That despise the money is his account i worked for it.


I cried beeeveeeee cos i know the way i defended him wen people told me "babe why not do online transaction why give your bro access like that to your account" i was highly disappointed, he told me he is very sorry that he was owning his landlord for 2yrs and he threaten to kick dem out. But my tears was WHY DID U TAKE MY MONEY WITHOUT TELLING ME, i would have still given him like 100k to pay for his rent being my brother. That siblings love, how will i b happy to see my brother kicked out.


But now d breach of trust is gone. I called my other older sis and was crying my sis called him immediately, he has been feeling bad and he sent text but i told him that i have forgiven him but he should try and change his mindset and see positive to his environment.
He told me he did *ajoor* so wen is his turn he will pay but ever since i know him he has never pay back
Pls advice on what to do

WORRIED WIFE


Please BVs, I seriously need ur candid advice- is it good for hubby and wife to sleep in different rooms? Meanwhile, theres no reason for that, just that he claims he is the man of the house so hes entitled to his own room. I was uncomfortable with it at first but now am kinda enjoying it cos I started enjoying my privacy too lol. But its kinda strange too when I think it deep. Marriage sha. 



Sometimes it works for the couple to share rooms or have separate rooms...some marriages avoid being choked up this way..look to see if it works for you this way and let it be.........
Besides having separate rooms does not mean you are apart,you can always go over or vice versa!

How do I love again, how can I ever trust any man on earth again, how do I even want to believe that there are still good men out ? I dont think there is love for me,I dont think I can ever find true love.is over a year now that marriage packed up and I still cannot get over it to try and love again. 


Everyone that comes close to me I feel he want to cheat on me,lie to me,play with my emotions, how do I get what my ex did to me and try loving again? This is so unfair,I still cannot get out of the shock,a lot of men are coming my way on daily basis cos I look young,beautiful I have a good job,but how can I open up to tell them am afraid they will hurt me again, dont want to go through what I went through again.I wish I can just wake up from sleep and all the pain is gone.

Re - Nigerians are Wicked

Hi Stella, in response to the above, I don't agree that "all" Nigerians are" most wicked" people like the previous poster. We have our shortcomings but let's not generalize. 

Let me give you a few incidents I had. Last month on my way back from a marketing job, I was so exhausted, hungry and tired. I was trekking from Nafdac office to charity bus stop in order to board a bus to Ikorodu(quite a distance though but I lacked enough funds that day). 


I stopped by at a guy that sells Akara  and bread close to 5star bridge, he sells one akara 50#, I begged him to sell 4 for 150# then bread 100# he agreed after much plea, I gave him #400, he ought to give me #150 but m gave me #100(over sight).  I walked for a few mins before I realized the incomplete change, I went back to him sweating and explained. He apologized and said he forgot the initial deal, he gave m #50 change and asked why I was sweating so much.  I told him" na d waka na, I dey trek to charity before I come turn back, because my money no go reach to pay reach bus then okada again, say this #50 change go complete am"  He smiled and said ,that charity is quite a distance, Stella this guy gave me 100# to board a bus to charity and get water too , I was so grateful and thanked him( this is someone I haven't met before). 

(Few weeks later, I went back to his spot ,bought akara and bread 200# gave him 1,200# told him to keep the change, to show my appreciation the previous week.( he has even forgotten , I had to remind him and he was so grateful too)

Another incident was on Friday 13th July, there was a heavy downpour in Lagos, after waiting for almost an hour @ charity bus stop a bus came, people rushed in, I managed to get in but no seat, so I stood from oshodi to ikorodu. I was drenched and it was still raining too.

We got to Anthony, I wasn't comfortable, I had difficulty breathing, and the cold started affecting my chest and  back, I was shaking, a guy gave up his seat for me, helped me carry my bags too, and was asking people in the bus for balm or Robb to apply on me. (This is someone I don't know o), by 9:30pm we got to the garage, it was still raining heavily, this same guy accompanied me to where I'll board a bus, made sure I was safe in a bus heading to my house and gave me his umbrella too. 

Aren't they Nigerians?   Of course they are.. Their act of kindness saved me and encouraged me to do same too to others. 

Though we have our flaws but it's based on the individual, let's not generalize or spread negativity amongst ourselves.

Writers who pen to amuse others could be the most depressed beings. They may write what they’d like to hear or they tell you in regrets that they’re not being told such. Making their writings thusly, return home to roost and reviving their wits. 

Wise up buddy!

Life could be a wicked host that throws dirt at everyone who passes through it a times. 
If you do not accept it as a part of life, you’d lose your salt and your taste. When you lose your taste, you become embittered and despicable. Not only hating yourself but also ending up being hated by your neighbours. 

God help us all!

Nobody is capable of making anyone who is not ready to be happy, happy. Tickles draw laughter but lasts a minute; sex distracts but ends with the fluidic discharge, but one thing alone is capable of making us happy............OURSELVES. If only we look at the world from a far distance rather than from a close range. 


People can open your eyes to common sense or place a beautiful baby in your hands, and it could work for a day or two with your depressions suppressed by the sight of innocence in your hands. 
If you continue to look at life from a close range rather than from a distance, then you have made folly your friend. 

Is there sanity anywhere?A farmer loathes his life and whenever he sees airplanes fly above, he thinks, if only I am rich, I would travel in one of those planes and enjoy life. Likewise the rich man in the plane also looks down and thinks; if I could just retire from all these hectic life, I’d settle at a farmhouse with my children, fish, hunt games, get my boots dirty and enjoy life. 


So also, a lot of ladies in the city also dream of becoming celebrities, thinking they’d be expensive magnets to affluent suitors and they could select best of men and have happy and fulfilled conjugal life. 
How many of the so called celebrities, if I may ask are in happy nuptial settings if even in any matrimonial home at all? 

If you think becoming like someone will make you happy, you’re burying alive the unique person you’re born to be.

Embrace who you are; laugh genuinely, sing optimistically, dance cheerfully, pray emotionally, jog freely, swim liberally, run copiously, write compassionately, climb optimistically, jump happy-go-luckily, watch movies, act, talk, love, laugh and put a smile on your face and others. 
Be happy, live. Be sad, live but in the past of your present. The choice was yours.
I was told........in heaven that life is amusing,
So I came with guts to drink and party.
But sadly here on earth, the daily unbelievables get things confusing.
