You can also use Xender and share the whatsapp from any android phone to yours(what i use)
For instagram,download "Insta-client" or "Insta10" from blackberry world..
There is one app i make use of but i have forgotten the name and im not with my BB now,but i would post it on SP for you tomorrow ok..
